Excellent service. Workers were clean, very responsive and made a hard effort to make sure things were done correctly. They worked on my difficult mobile home and did an excellent job making sure all leak coverage was corrected. Looks great to the eye outside.

We couldn't be happier with our skylights from
Van Zandt. Initially we got two skylights installed and we were so happy with them, we asked the team to come back and install a third skylight, a sun tunnel and replace an old existing skylight. Keith really knows his stuff and will take the time explaining the ins and outs of the project, and won't install anything unless he's fully inspected your roof and knows what he's working with. Keith also gave us an efficient timeline and true to their word, the team wrapped up and made sure our house looked immaculate when they were done working. We look forward to working again with Van Zandt in the future!!

Keith & Co. installed new Velux skylights on our 2 piece mission tile roof,
they really know their stuff and do it right. The skylights are amazing, which open via a solar powered motor. Also, his guys repaired the broken tiles. Good guy, great roofer.

I highly recommend this company who installed Velux motion sensor remote controlled skylights in our home. They also installed 3 solar tubes with night lights. The owner Keith explained how they were being installed and went over the placement options with us. Although we did experience a hiccup or two, (due to having an older home) Keith and his workers rectified everything in a professional and timely manner. He and his workers kept our home extremely clean from debris and even went so far as to sweep and mop our floor after each day. Keith was always available by phone and his office always returned emails and calls. The Velux products are great and we love the new technology of solar nightlight tubes.

I just had a skylight installed by Van Zandt. Keith came out to give me an estimate. Alex and a crew of 2 came out to do the install. Keith came by to check that everything went well and called me to make sure that I was satisfied. It is nice to work with a company that communicates well and delivers on their word. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Keith is a professional and so are his team. They SAID what they were going to do and DID exactly what they said they were going to do.
