No, no no! Don't trust this guy! Two years ago he met with my elderly parents and entered into an agreement to do approximately $7,000 worth of work for them. They gave him a $2,000 deposit. Within days they cancelled the agreement. He met with them only once, did not buy any materials (his admission) but refused to return the $2,000. At one point he told me he would refund $800 (didn't make any sense to me.) He was not very nice either... ""go ahead and file a claim."" Finally I had to file a complaint with the state board that licenses and regulates contractors. They told me he was grossly in violation of the laws and if he didn't refund the $2,000 to my parents he would face criminal charges. Sure enough, soon thereafter he refunded the full $2,000.
