Valley Urethane Foam Roofing is a ""premier"" family owned and operated company. Jaime, his brothers and their father do a great job. Jaime responded with a quote immediately, detailing what the job consisted of, how it would be done and at a very fair price. They arrived on time, did a great prep job, including protecting my neighbors property. They all worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and the clean up was as though they had never been here. I had a lot of concerns about the ability to fix all of the problems in my roof. Jaime assured me they could fix all problems. Their workmanship was excellent! They far exceeded my expectation. And to top it all off they are very personable, good people to deal with. If you are looking for the best, look no further than Valley Urethane Foam Roofing.

Jaime and his crew are fabulous!

I got a good purchase price on a manufactured home in Desert Hot Springs. The price was good, but the place needed some work, particularly the roof. The roof had leaked into the interior, and the inspection report flagged some other trouble spots where the urethane met asphalt shingles.

Jaime met me at my home the day after I called, and gave me an estimate. I got several estimates. Jaime's was the most thorough. He explained the process, and agreed to provide before and after photos.

It is now 8 months since he worked on my roof. No leaks! I just had the swamp cooler taken off the roof and the HVAC worker asked for Jaime's contact info because he was so impressed with Jaime and his crew's repair of my roof. It means a lot when a skilled worker is impressed enough to ask for credentials of a roofer for his own place.

I was super impressed with the speed of Jaime's response to my request for service, the documentation he provided (13 pages of description and explanation), the prep, the actual work, and the clean up.

I have attached photos of the roof being worked on, and after photos of the completed job.

I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job.
They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors

I first contacted Jaime on 2/23 and as of 3/2 I have a new roof! Amazingly quick turnaround time from these dudes. Very respectful, cleaned up great, communicated great, and did an overall fantastic job. I guess I'll have a better idea after the first big rainfall, but so far so good. Thanks again guys!

Jaime and his brothers did a great job on my roof about 2 years ago. No leaks. Foam improved energy efficiency of home moderately. Grandma's house smell no longer in home due to all leaks fixed. I have a 1955 mid century in S. Palm Desert. The crew had an attitude of doing anything I wanted, clearly customer was number 1 priority. I am a General Contractor located in Mammoth Lakes, so hire lots of subs. These men are excellent!

Jamie was great to work with, right from the start. He obviously knows his business and gave a very competitive quote, shortly after I reached out to him. We were able to schedule a day for the fix pretty quickly, and he had two courteous gentlemen come out and bang out the work in one day. It hasn't rained since, so we'll see if it leaks - but I saw what was recommended, what they did, and the quality of care they put into it all... so I am quite confident it will hold. Get your bids, but in the end, go with Valley Urethane Foam Roofing!!!

We were in need of a quick roofing quote before we made an offer on a house. Jamie was able to come out quickly and work with a very inflexible time frame. After purchasing the home, we had Jamie & his crew repair and seal the roof. They were quick, clean & efficient. Unfortunately soon after our new roof was in place we had our palm trees trimmed and some of the fronds landed on the roof and did some damage. We called Jamie and he came out the following day and repaired the minor damage without any additional charge. This is what I call customer service!! I would highly recommend Valley Urethane Foam Roofing to anyone that is in need of a roofing expert.

Today the owner personally apologized for the inconvenience of our last project. He assured me that was a one-off experience and that his workers are supposed to stay on one job until it is complete.
That worker is no longer with this company.

He offered to make amends for the situation and I graciously accepted.
