Robert replied saying that he was available the next day. So I send him my address and the problem I had with the roof. It shows that the message was read. I waited all day Saturday (after Robert said ""I am available"") Robert didn't show up the next day or respond to my message.
I didn't receive a message saying I am not available anymore or anything that day.

Robert was able to respond and do a consultation the same day I reached out and patched up the roof within a few days for a much cheaper price than what some of the bigger roofing companies could provide. The timeliness was fortuitous as he was able to fix things up before the next batch of stormy weather, preventing any further damage.

I am very disappointed to say once the work was done and he was paid. Impossible to reach, his work was not complete the flashing work on my flat roof was questionable and I will have to call another roofer since Dave does not respond to my calls or texts.
