After finding shingles in our lawn after a stormy March and a gusty April, we decided to finally do a roof inspection. We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time.

We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection!

My husband and I are truly grateful for our neighbors' recommendation and Valley Ridge's integrity. When the time comes for our home to need a new roof, we know exactly who to call - Valley Ridge Roofing. Thank you so much!

Reached to them for a roof inspection and I was aware of some shingles missing. After I submitted the form online they contacted me within the hour and they were able to come out same day. When they arrived and performed their inspection, unknown to me, they reattached the handful of shingles that came off...free of charge. It's worth noting that I had a previous contractor come out and quote me $700 to replace the shingles.

When it's time to replace my roof, I'm giving them a call.

I hired Valley Ridge after a golf ball size hail storm.
I had damage with multiple things.
I worked with Zach, who is out in the field and Grace in the office.
Everything ran so smoothly for me. I didn't have to worry about calling different companies for the different types of services I needed, such as roof, windows, siding, etc.
It was all handled on their end.
Top quality work done all the way around.
I'll use them again. Chances are at some point I will need to, considering our Texas storms!
Both Zach and Grace were very responsive, even after hours.

VRR did a very good job managing my roofing and the entire project. My only issue with them is my sales rep told me point blank at the beginning he could manage things so I would have no out of pocket expense, and that was not the truth. So I would definitely recommend them for quality of service, but beware when their rep tells you he will cover everything including deductable; that was not my case and the rep left their company before the job was complete. The office staff is great to deal with, but they do get very pushy about payment even when the insurance company drags it's feet (i.e. emails every two days, etc which is to be expected). Overall I would recommend them, just beware of what the rep tells you and don't take anything as gospel.

I am very pleased with the entire job performed by this company which recently placed new shingles on my roof. The representative from the company with whom I worked with was very professional in every way. He promptly returned all of my calls, answered all questions in great detail and very patiently explained everything. He always appeared at my home on time for each meeting. Working with him was a pleasure. The workers did a great job. The company started the job when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up the entire area around my house immediately and completely. The office staff was also responsive. They even sent a person to my home to replace a torn screen almost immediately after I called about it. I have no complaints at all about Valley Ridge Roofing and Construction and I very highly recommend this company to everyone for all roofing needs.
