Communication with the main office re contract, materials, and payment process was easy. Quickly received return emails during the decision making process. Per requirements from our solar company, Valley Roof Consulting used the torch method on our roof and accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. Very polite, personable workers who kept us informed and were very happy to answer any questions we had. They arrived on time each morning and cleaned up at the end of the day. I had Valley replace my roof last fall. From the first contact to the last the outfit was pure class. My home is rather large and steep roofs so it was a tough job. On top of that I chose the thickest comp they make so it was very labor intensive cutting it and all that. Each team did an awesome job always on time and good cleanup. On top of that there was at least one guy from start to finish on every sub team so things were very smooth. Literally zero issues and it was a 3 week job. I highly recommend Valley Roof Consulting.. Note i also almost never give out reviews but these folks earned it!

I concur with another person's post. Very horrible with answering his phone calls or returning calls, even text messages. Also, he was supposed to send a invoice to my email and never has yet. We had solar put on our roof but needed a new roof as well so the solar company uses this roof company. And we had issues with that as well. Always late or something. Now we need gutters and the only reason we are dealing with them is because they did the roof. But at this point, I think we are done. Supposed to be here at 9am this morning and no one showed or called. Called and text a few times with roofer and no answers, as expected. UGH!!!!

Valley roof did a great job on my house. The entire job took 2 days with a tear off. Everything was cleaned up and they double checked the gutters to make sure they were debris free. My rep Jason was on the ball with communication and helped me through each step. I am very happy with the end result! I would recommend to anyone needing roofing

Facts:

We have asked for estimates 3 different times!!! We never received one. Follow up from this company is absolutely horrible. They have only been in business for a few years, and this company only has ONE review. Very sketchy!

Never answers his phone when we call. And always sounds like he is sleeping. Not sure how someone can stay in business like this.

I will definitely hire someon I recommend all family and friends DO NOT do business with this company.

Update: Owner of this company called my place of work looking to talk to me. When he was told I'm not available, he cussed out the woman that answered the phone!!! He also yelled stuff about his sleepy voice. I called this guy back, and He stated everything I typed was 100% accurate except the fact that he was insulted that he sounded sleepy. He said he's not sleepy.

Very extreme behavior. Very aggressive verbiage for someone who admits everything is correct.
