I scheduled 3 weeks ago for a roof tear off. Today, the morning we were scheduled, we were called and cancelled because we were not able to be there when they started. I had told them I would be there in a few hours, before they were done. we do not live in the same town. Originally, They only told me to be there at the end to pay them. I talked to them 3 times during the scheduling and was never told this! Now I have to reschedule the job and my roofing crew due to them bailing on me at the last minute. So unprofessional. As a contractor, I would NEVER do this!

This company is a Joke ! From the very start the quality of their work was very poor and very substandard.
The manager (if he really is) from the very start was threatening and was angry when we pointed out all of their flaws.
The rain gutter was put on a commercial building my wife and I own. Many dents, leaks and just a very poor job. In fact in all my years I have never witnessed such a poor job.

Brian the owner came out and gave me a bid. Very reasonable pricing. I had my gutters installed a few days ago. They look great. The installation crew was on time and did not leave any garbage behind.

I would recommend Valley Demo and Gutters.

Truly bizarre, I tell you, truly bizarre. I had the hardest time finding a reputable gutter installation company when I had an easier time finding contractors for much more expensive and bigger projects. In any case, after getting bids for almost 10 gutter companies (many of whom are roofing companies' side gigs or subs of roofers BC they can't just do gutters for a living), I thought I finally found a good and reputable one with fair prices with Valley. Apparently not so. After getting a quote and as I was about to sign the contract and email it back, I get this message left on my phone from the manager that they are backing out of the job. I had ask a couple of questions that were reasonable, but that alone was enough to cause them to back out of a job that was about $2200. In retrospect I'm glad they did back out of it BC he didn't seem trustworthy and probably wouldn't have done a good job. My job was a simple installation of white 7"" fascia gutters, no removal required and yet this is the customer (dis)service I received. He said something about he didn't think his company could please me just based on the couple of questions I asked which were standard questions if you aren't in this industry.

Afterwards, I successfully contacted and contracted with a different gutter company and they installed those same exact gutters for about the same price (like $100 or more so) and I wasn't even there (a family member was there in my stead) and there was no drama, no muss no fuss. That goes to show that Valley probably has something to hide in their workmanship and/or are just dishonest people who don't want to be transparent in their goods and services.
