Wendy is very nice work with, sent over the estimates in a timely manner. The repairs to my roof were also done in a timely and professional manner. They recommended replacing the concrete balls around my tile roof protrusions (vent pipes) with metal sheathing to stop water infiltration during wind and rain. I highly recommend you do that if you have a concrete tile roof.

From 9-17-18 to 9-24-18 Valentine Roofing replaced our 3,545 sq. ft. roof. The 11' x 12' open entry was roofed and a skylight added. Five turbine vents and four O'hagin vents were installed. From start to finish only four employees and Mike (owner/operator) worked on our roof. The crew was experienced and task centered. The job was completed in a week. Mike's spouse and co-owner, Wendy, runs the office. They delivered on everything in the contract and more. We appreciated not having to deal with a subcontractor. We are seniors. This is the third house we have had roofed. Quality and reliability were more important than the bid. Got three estimates. Their's was the middle. There record for quality and reliability was impressive based on the recommendation from the real estate broker than dominates our neighborhood. Their performance exceeded our high expectations. Strongly recommend.
