Valdez Construction was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Like many others, after the recent heavy rains, our home had several leaks that we previously were unaware of.
Virginia was helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had.
Johnny came out quickly and gave us an extremely fair estimate with several options for repair/replacement after another companies 'repair' had failed.
The crew did an excellent job, were quick, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the job was done seamlessly.

The redo of living room and kitchen went well and looks nice however I cannot recommend them to do flooring. They claimed to know how to lay vinyl plank flooring but when it immediately buckled and separated Frank admitted the only other time he installed this type of flooring it did the same thing. It has been two years now and he hasn't fixed or even offered a solution. One big problem with Valdez Construction is its high rate of worker turnover and lack of consistency. For this reason I cannot recommend them.

Frank and his crew just completed installation of two new skylights in my home, they looked so great, they just installed two more! Both times the job was completed within a day, they were tidy and cleaned up so well I never would have known construction was going on if I didn't see the beautiful new skylights when I came home!
Frank had also done a room addition for me on a previous home. I truly appreciate his good communication and his ability to stay on schedule for completion of the jobs! I have no reservations in recommending him and his company for your construction or home remodel projects!
