Our patio cover was leaking so I reached out to Vince via Yelp. He responded right away and set up an inspection appointment for the next day. Vince was on time and did a thorough inspection of the patio cover. He explained why a patch job wouldn't be a good idea. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a quote. There was never any pressure to hire him or any upselling. We are very glad that we went with him! We scheduled a day in between rain storms and he and two of his workers completed the job in about six hours. They did a great job and a complete clean up. I highly recommend Vince and his crew!

My review is solely on the customer service with the owner. I called because I need a major repair on my roof and was asking for a quote. I was told he was on another job but would try and make it for that late afternoon. No one ever called to tell me no one was coming it was a complete no show. I texted the following morning letting him know we were going to not need his services and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. My recommendation is to go with another company that is better established. If he is willing to be disengaged this early on I can't imagine if we had a contract with him and he had done the job he probably would never respond if we had any issues.

A portion of our house roof leaked at a better time right in the middle of the atmospheric river that affected all of LA...the leak was so bad it entered one of the bedrooms. We tried to rectify the repair ourselves but the problem persisted and I turned to Yelp.

I reached out to Vincent (VA Roofing) and in no time responded to all my queries regarding our roof problem. Everything was done professionally from the inspection (which is very crucial), assessment, contract, and negotiation. He had a team that worked on our roof right the very next day as he saw how critical the situation was. The repair was done in a timely manner and our roofing was ready to be pounded again by the rains when the next batch of storm clouds came rolling in.
My family and I were happy that we got to reach out to Vincent and saved us from what had been otherwise a very stressful (and expensive) problem. We also got some calls from other roofing contractors but did not bother assesing the situation and just wanted to match whatever price was put out there.

Highly recommend Vincent and his team and they give a warranty (depending on the scale/nature of the job) which gives us peace of mind at the end of the day.
