Valente and his crew were fantastic. They did a super thorough job. They were on time, clean up and did everything to spec. He and his crew worked really smoothly with the city to get permits and handled the inspections. I am very satisfied with their work.

V Mendoza repaired my roof shingles where a large tree branch had knocked them off in the wind. I received several quotes and Valente came in at under half the price of the other contractors. I called him and I was pleasantly surprised that he showed up two days later, even though he was extremely busy with other jobs. Very professional, experienced and personable, he explained his background history and the entire process while his crew quickly repaired my roof. Check out my -before and after- photos, as the crew did an excellent job. He also quoted me a complete new roof for under half the price of most other contractors. When it's time for the new roof, I am definitely going to call on V Mendoza Roofing. A+++ in my book (A+ BBB).

Wish I could give more then 2 stars unfortunately I cannot. The showed up and started working the second day 30 minutes before the permit allowed and blocked the driveway making it impossible to pull the vehicle out of the garage. Then when they finally finish working they left a satellite dish hanging off the side of the roof by a cable causing a safety issue for my children. When i first contacted them about the dish I was told they would get someone out. Over 3 hours later no one came back so I called. The person I spoke to then was very rude all because I'm not the ""owner"" of the house. I called the owner and showed them the pictures of the satellite dish hanging as well as of a cable that they cut when redoing the patio. He agreed with me that what they did was not right and it needed fixed. I currently have an unsafe area in my backyard until the satellite company can come out and reinstall the dish because this company refused to do anything except leave it hanging. I will never recommend this company to anyone and would never use them myself once I purchase my own home.

The only reason I was nice and gave 2 stars is because the roof itself looks great.

Had some problems with leaking pipe vents in the roof. Have been trying to get this issue fixed for over 3 weeks now. Everybody that i called either doesn't call me back, or if they do they blow me off and never show up when they say they will.

Called Valente at 8a this morning, told him the problem i was having. he was at my house late afternoon and had my issue resolved in about 30 minutes. and for a fair and reasonable price.

Also gave me a better idea of what a new Roof may cost to get put in, though assured me that is at least several years down the road.

If anybody asks based on my experience today i would definitely recommend V Mendoza Roofing!

I strongly believe the most basic factor that drives good customer service is showing up when you say you will. Mr. Mendoza not only did not show up, but also did not call or answer text messages. NOT GOOD! A simple call saying you will not be there is proper etiquette.
