Valente and his Crew did an outstanding job on our roof. We live in a duplex and our neighbors agreed that the entire roof needed to be replaced so we got several different quotes from people in the area (we live in Sac County) and they were outrageously out of our budget. My aunt who lives in the Bay Area had just gotten her roof replaced and had recommended V Mendoza Roofing. I contacted them and was given a prompt response - they were so kind and drove 2 hours to just quote us for free! Hands down the best decision we made was hiring Valente and his crew. I feel bad they had to drive so far to get the job done but I'm so glad we were recommended this company. Valente went above and beyond and even noticed things about our roof we weren't aware of and worked on the finishing touches on making our roof perfect. He even ordered additional things (forgive me of my poor description I am not roof savvy) to prevent dry rot and came out of his way to put them on (on a Saturday even - free of charge).Such a nice and genuine guy! We recently used V Mendoza Roofing as they recently completed another house in our neighborhood and we heard / saw great things. We wanted to highlight not only are they responsive, but also good communication. The crew worked hard in 90 degree weather being on time both mornings and ending the day with a huge amount of work completed. These guys not only worked fast, but quality as well. Two days total for removing old roof/gutters/down spouts, non-working satellite, and turbines, replacing plywood where necessary, installing new roof with the color we wanted/needed as well as the high quality shingles we wanted. They also installed new gutters/down spouts matching the paint directly with our house. The crew did a great job cleaning up during /after they were done as well. Finishing touches were done on day 3 to make sure they got all the details. We got quotes from 3 other roof companies when we were doing our research and I find it important to note V Mendoza was right where everyone else was, if not more in the middle of the pack, which makes them more valuable not being the most expensive roofer out there just because of a name. They were also able to get us in during very busy /high demand season/2021. We were in high need of a new roof and we didn't have to wait 6 months. They were professional and clear in their paperwork and getting permits as well. We are very pleased and happy with the prompt and great quality work V Mendoza brought. So thank you for helping us get our new roof! The crew are very hard workers!

Mendoza just finished installing a new roof on my home. They did a fantastic job for me. I had to say how pleased I was with their professionalism. They removed my mold roof, repaired some damage I had and installed a new water tight new roof. It's beautiful. Every night before they left the team made sure the grounds around my home were cleaned up from all off the debris that feel off tHe roof. We couldnt be happier with this company. We got a beautiful roof at a great price and it only took 3 days from start to finish including repairing some dry rot we had. The owner was very friendly and professional as were the workers. Everytime we had a question or concern it was addressed right away and every time we called he answered right away which was very reassuring to us since this was the first time we've ever had such a big job done on our home. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement!

I currently went solar and had been recommended to do it with them. To pay for roof and gutters is a large amount of money. They left my gutter hanging out so water can flow onto my cement and not outside of the perimeter. I had screws from old gutters still stuck on it and left area with holes i needed to seal. Many dirty spots that was left there after they put in the new gutters. Who knows how the roof was completed.

I cannot say enough good about V. Mendoza Roofing. As a first time homeowner, I was very apprehensive about the whole process. But, it could not have been easier! From the estimate through to the final inspection, Valente and Violeta Mendoza took care of me--answering all of my many questions with patience.
Armando was unbelievable--He and the crew cleaned up every day and were extremely respectful of my home, my dogs, my plants, and my (way too many) belongings. They even hauled away the plastic sheeting I put up to protect the stuff in my garage.
I should have written this months ago. My roof is beautiful! And given the rain we've had this winter, I have had SUCH peace of mind. No leaks, no gushing gutters, no flooding garage!
I wish they offered other services--I would certainly have them back. They were quick, economical, professional, and pleasant to work with. They even accommodated my last minute request for gutter guards on my new gutters.
I got a new roof, new gutters and down spouts, new vents, double underlayment, and dry-rot repair--and all I knew I needed was a roof!
