Down here in Florida, it is important that You not only judge a company by the way they perform but also by the way they ""Follow-Up"". I want to compliment USA Home Improvement and especially Louis and the office staff for the way they continued to stay with my window replacement project from the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic right through the inspection. I had a small retention balance until completion. Other contractors down here probably would have walked away but USA Home Improvement saw it through completion and it was my pleasure to pay and show my gratitude.

Everything was great, except for a few snags with the city inspector. Everyone showed up in mask for the final inspection. It took a little longer due to COVID19 but I understand that. Overall everyone was very helpful and was very good about responding to my concerns, it was a great experience!

After 3 weeks they still have not finished A/C job. Numerous call fell on deaf ears. Had to go no Amazon to order parts and finish job. Use someone else.

What a waste of time for me. Had the salesperson come to my home to give an estimate for 3 impact windows. Agreed upon a price, they sent me a contract, I signed and returned. Hadn't heard from in 2 weeks, called a spoke with their sales manager Louis and he told me that my job was to small and they didn't want to do it. IT JUST NOT RIGHT. If you agree to do a job then do it. Told Louis I was going to write the and he said that ""I'm taking meals off his family's table"". Too bad.

Make sure they cover your furniture, appliances , beds and so on. Because they say they will do it, but they don't do it.
First day, they covers a sofa, 2nd day they covers a hallway. but what happened with my refrigerator, microwave, computer, TVs, dinner table, food and suplies, clothes, baby chair, baby clothes? Dust flies and goes inside drawer and cabinets.
I called the company, the first day to tell I have a 1 year old baby and I did not want any dust on her bed. They were very rude to me.
Front door it's a joke. (See photos )It is attached by 2 screws. My previous door was better and stronger. Condominium said that door wasn't enough for a hurricane. They gone and left my door unfinished (10 days ago). When I call to my agent Andrea, and she is always in her lunch time..
they broke the wall arround windows. scratched a wood deck, too. used a carpet of mine to cut down screws. I can not believe. All of my stuffs cost money.
I missed 2 working days, when they said in 1 day they do the job.
I'm very dissatisfied. I paid a job for 10k and a I received a service for $50.-
If you want to get a headache, call them.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and the way I've been treated. These guys do good work and stand by their product which I love. Very happy and would recommend to others.

Stay far away from this company. What they sell you and what you get are two different things. I was told that they do not sub contract their work out. They subcontract ALL of it out. I was promised windows installed in one day or could be a Friday Saturday and thar a large team of people would come. 3 guys came and it took them 4 days. I had to miss work. Not only was I lied to by the salesman, Phil, but also the manager Genevieve. Even when pressed for the truth they assured me that the install would be one day. I paid to have the doors painted myself bc I couldn't trust the painters would show on time

We spent 30k on a solar system that cost them only 16k and my electric bill is just as high because they under estimated my usage. Instead of marking me happy and fixing the problem and adding a couple of panels to make me happy they continue to disappoint.


They are not organized and will do anything to get you to sign the paperwork with RENEW so they get paid but do Nothing to ensure your happy. This company was the worst decision we have ever made with contractor. They will tell you anything to sell you and leave you frustrated. Run away from this company and their lies!!!!!
