What a terrible business. USA Windows and Doors so far haven't finished installing my doors despite my repeated calls. They have been working on 3 doors for probably a year now. Unfortunately the finance company paid them without my knowledge, so I'm guessing this is why they won't finish what they started. A total loser of a company. Stay away!

Representative Eddy for this company is a racist piece of crap...he told me that everyone is not like my kind. He came to our home and told us something totally different than what we agreed on. He was nice until he got our deposit then he became a different person. We agreed to 30% upfront then another 20% when the product is delivered then the balance the City pass the inspection. This company won't even respond to our calls or emails now that they have our money....don't do business with this company....they are not honest. Horrible company

This has been a horrible experience. The salesman ""Lester Trujillo"" claimed he owned this business and made promises that he would handle our installation personally.
The contractor team (USA Green Contractors) were rude, unprofessional and offensive. Lester never showed up nor did he reach out to check on us. The workers argued amongst each other everyday they worked here about who did more work than the next and who was supposed to finish one job or the other. It was chaos. They had bad tempers and obviously did not do a good job or complete the job.
I made a formal complaint with Renew Financial who was not supposed to pay them until the job was complete and now I'm getting the run around from them in addition to fees and interest charges.
I've been receiving phone calls daily from USA Windows and doors and had 6 different men out to my home over the past few weeks to ""inspect"" the work and promises to have it fixed. It's been almost a month and I am still waiting for them to complete this job and correct the errors.
I've also contacted headquarters and John K who is supposed to be the rightful owner of this company. I've received no response after 10 emails with photos and videos of this work.
I am in complete disbelief for the lack of respect and consideration this company has given.
I highly advise DO NOT USE, USA windows and doors or the USA Green contractors for any of your home improvement projects.
They have over 300 unsatisfactory customer complaints and I really wish I would've done the proper research prior to purchasing from them.

Aweful. Stay away as far as you can - we hired them to do the windows, they never finished the job and never close the permit. That has been over two years. Even if you manage to reach them, they're only respond to sale requests. they do business under different names, so do your research. They did our house under ""green contractors"". They'll take your money and you will be left with half done project.

I ordered a new impact front door and 4 impact sliding glass doors. The front door did not close, the sliding impact doors leaked and the screens were torn. The service department run by Gonzalo is terrible. To fix the front door, they installed magnets and had to remove the decorative panels. However, there was paint on the front door panels and the installation team used solvents to remove the paint and this procedure also removed the finish on the front door. They also tried to fix the leaky sliding glass doors, by installing felt strips. They don't work and the impact sliding glass doors still leak. I have tried to reach Gonzalo for 3 months to repair the front door. I sent over 7 emails, left phone messages and sent pics of the poor job on the front door. No service or repairs have been done and no action by the production department or the service department. Do not use this company. They advertise on TV as being top of the line, but you will regret it.

Terrible terrible company do not use them
I waited 4 months for my last 2 windows and they finally arrived only to be told it's a 1 day job that's been going on for 2 months and still hasn't been done!!! Joke of a company they don't know what they are doing and have terrible terrible service . Do not use them save ur money and go elsewhere

The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Total incompetence from the start. The office is in competent. They did not contact me for two months when their salesman was no longer working there. I had to call them. At each step along the way I had to call them to keep the project moving forward. The factory was incompetent. They manufactured the hinges so that the door opened from the wrong side. It failed the city inspection. The company inspector was incompetent because they never caught the mistake. The product was inferior. The second door delivered was rusted and the installation was poorly done the first time. The tile floor was scratched by the installers. They charged a ridiculous amount of money I came to discover. It took them 11 months to install 1 door and a sidelight. Hire them at your own risk.

this company is a fraud company, do not finance with this company. this company is holding my refinance with a fraudulent lien that they put on my house. They put a illegal contract lien saying they was going to do the windows and doors 2 months ago, they also stated they was not able to get me approve for financing and they is currently illegally keeping a illegal contract lien on my house. please beware they commit fraud and will misrepresent everything.

Worst window contractor ever they installed six hurricane windows we purchased from them and none of the windows passed two inspections from the City Of Boca Raton and no corrections have been made yet .This company is grossly incompetent and they are all liars.
