Wish I would have researched these guys. Took 11 months to get the poorest quality windows I've ever seen. Staff could care less. Looks like they came out of an old mobile home. Rubber half tucked in and eleven. Frame all screwed up. Had their managers out yesterday. What a joke these clowns are. Blames manufacturers. I said you delivered these. You got paid. You're responsible. Period! Inspection today. I'm sure they won't pass. Looks looks like crap!

Okay.. so here we go. *Disclosure* we did not receive ANY services from them, except the consult/quote visitation that occurred today. I would also like to preface by saying, I have in-home, front door audio video surveillance (which I viewed several times because this so I can recollect and dissect what happened in the morning) and everything documented below are verbatim things the ""owner"" of this company has said and actions made by him.
Lester T, one of the ""owners"" of the company, paid a visit today basically to provide a quote on the service etc. A lot of red flags from the initial visit: Prancing in like a cool guy, basically acting like he owned the place. I think it's important to have étiqueté in someone's home. For instance, we do not wear shoes in our homes, nor has anyone who've entered our home (whether it be a handy man, delivery guys for our washing machine or anyone coming to our home to quote etc has done this). If they do, they always wear shoe covers because they respect our practices. However, not Lester. Total disregard, and again, acting like he owned the place.
So he goes on to take the measurements of our sliders and windows. After, we are at the table discussing materials, what we may want on our impact windows so on so forth. So the decision was the energy Efficient windows and sliders for everything. He's going on to say he's not going to charge extra for the screens, or a lot for the tint, how he's not charging to do the wood framing work (little does Lester know, I've done my research and buddy that's kind of part of install and to be up to city code, it's a requirement to have new wood framing for new windows and sliders). So here I am now with this clown. I gave me husband the ""he thinks we're stupid huh"" look so my husband knew his man was full of it. Over selling at his finest. But his arrogance reeked so bad, I was completely turned off at this point. He also kept mentioning, Over and over and over again, how his company appeared on channel 10 news as one of the best impact window companies. I Googled the shit out of it and couldn't find it. It was probably one minute of fame that they held over their heads for this long.
We then got straight to the point and he said $27500 IF WE DID THE DEAL WHILE HE WAS IN MY HOUSE, cause the minute he walks out ""it's $35000 and the deal is off the table."" You can't imagine my shock, I was toooo stunned to even mumble. So my husband pushed him to see what better deal he can do, Lester was saying how can we basically help him market the company (word of mouth and sign outside our home with their company logo for 3-6 months) , basically quid pro quo (we should all be familiar with this term now). I knew instantly this was going south. He already had a # in mind ($25000) but he just had to get his ""business partner Angel"" on board. He was acting like he went outside to consult him. In reality he basically mentioned the number to angel the second he got on the phone (outside camera caught this convo), and said ""que paso"" i have a customer here I told them 27500 but let's go 25000. Like what?! And then came in. And said ""so what's the best price we can do for them"" and angels like oh let me calculate etc etc, oh 25000. Like come on you silly fools. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, who are you guys playing with??

There is more to this review however I've reached my max text limit. Stay away from this company. Horrendous, unethical and unprofessional.

On December 17, 1920, I signed and gave them 50% of the cost of 8 windows and a door.
today it has 2 inspections that have not passed and the windows were poorly placed, the installation does not correspond to the plan that they gave to the city
the permit has already been renewed 2 times
The worst thing is that when they come to install the work, they call the office and until they pay, or they roll down the windows, then you can't do anything.
The first time they had to return the money to us because from the beginning they made a mistake and they could not install them, from there it was a year ago since they had to renew it the first time to put them in but they installed them and they were already wrong
I do not know what to do now

Terrible company! Do not sign contract with them! Almost 1 year now & my window project is not complete! They've failed 3 City inspections & still haven't came back to fix the problems. Reported to Better Business Bureau & they still haven't replied on when they will finish the work!

Customer that regrets using this terrible company!

Not sure how they are getting good reviews but they are 6 months delayed on my order and they refuse to call me to set up a delivery date. I left three messages for the owner John and have not had the courtesy of a call back. I'm a business owner and if I treated my customers like that I'd be out of business. My recommendation if you take the risk and buy from them let them put in writing the delivery date, but then again all their fine print allows them to do whatever you want and you are left with begging for what you paid for.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used USA Green for hurricane impact windows and it could not have been a worse experience. It took over 2 years and while I understand the issues with getting materials etc., this went way beyond that. They didn't order the parts/missing windows until I called to remind them for the 3rd or 4th time. They didn't show up when they were supposed to, they NEVER called back when they said they would oh, except to get the final payment. They left my house a dirty mess on the days I could get them to come work. I spent countless hours calling and following up with little to no response from them. I had to constantly do their job for them, repeatedly telling them the parts we needed and what was left to be done. It got to the point that I would call every Monday and it was almost a joke with the girl that would answer the phone, I'd say it's me again for my weekly call. Each time she would say someone would call me by the end of that week and not once did that ever happen, this went on for AT LEAST 4 weeks. It got to the point of ridiculousness and I would say that to her and she'd always say someone WILL call this week but that never happened. When they did show up they didn't always have what they needed. It seemed like no matter who I spoke to they didn't know anything about what I had already discussed with 4 people prior. To be fair I will say I had one nice experience with two guys that came to fix the problems that kept my windows from passing inspection. They came when they were supposed to, when they FINALLY got the parts (I think it took about 6 months), did what they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. Once I finally did pass inspection it took them over 2 months to come put up the final trim. For the most part I am happy with the windows but it was not worth the frustration, I would have rather weathered a hurricane without them. Don't waste your time and FRUSTRATION, find another company.

I don't know where to start. My initial interaction with the salesman was fine. He offered PGT windows for my house at a competitive price(I had shopped around with other local companies). The initial estimate for delivery and installation of the windows was 4 months which is pretty standard. At 4 months, I was given a updated estimate of 4 more months. It's important to note that this is the middle of 2021 and shortages and backordering are common so I was not surprised or disappointed at this news. Plus, this is a issue with the manufacturer, not the installer. At least 3 times in this second 4 month period, USA emailed me with a update for the windows advising that they would be ready before the end of that 4 month period. This was not accurate, but as I had not really expected them before the end of the second 4 month period I assumed this was again a issue with the manufacturer. At nine months after ordering (and not hearing anything from USA), I finally call the company to see what is going on. This would be the first of a dozen calls over the next month and a half only trying to ascertain when my windows will be ready. I got the run around everytime I called and only after threatening to cancel the order or retain counsel did they finally give me a new date(11 months after ordering). A week after this new date...crickets. I call and tell them they have 24 hours to give me a straight answer about what is going on. I get a call that evening to tell me they have my windows and can install tomorrow. Wow! Great!(They were actually missing one window but I said install what you got...fine). The installers arrive. Not one speaks English, but how much do you really need to communicate? Apparently a lot?!?! They installed the windows in the master bedroom incorrectly (they swapped the two windows which open in different directions). They installed the window in our living room upside down. They installed a window in the living room with incorrect hardware (wrong handle). They did not attach the handles on some of the windows correctly( some of these handles had set screws that were stripped or otherwise ineffective because of over painting). The caulking on the inside of the house was sloppy. The windows were not clean. Project still not done as they will have to return to fix the issues and install the one window that they didn't have. Don't use this company.

The journey with this company has been really painful, as a homeowner I want everyone who is considering hiring them to read this review first.
The project started more than one year ago in September 2020. I had t wait to for the installation for almost 6 months. They installed the first 9 windows in one day. In my personal opinion, the technician they sent to my home was not professional at all and he did a really bad job. How do I know? The final inspection in this project has failed 3 times.
I was in need also of some modification and they send another technician to do that installation like 2 weeks after by February 2021, I have to recognize that this second technician (I'm not going to mention any names because I think technicians are not guilty in this story) did a better job and was much more professional than the first one they sent, but again the quality of the job was not good enough, again, the final inspection in this project has failed 3 times.
Did I mention since the first day there was a missing window? Well, that is another story, I was waiting for that window for more than 6 months, in the end, they sent another technician that was supposed to do a much better job than the previous one, but in the end, the quality of the installation wasn't good enough, the final inspection in this project has failed 3 times.
Once they have all the windows installed the final inspection show began: They scheduled the inspection really quick and as quickly as that it failed because the bucks were concealed. The inspector needed to see how the windows were installed or a letter from an architect certifying the installation. It happens that after all, they didn't have any pictures of the installation, which seems weird to me because I saw every technician taking pictures of the installation, so a letter from an architect wasn't possible.
In the end, they needed to show the inspector how the windows were installed so they just came to my home and started to break all the finish, and leave everything unfinished in order to be able to show that to the inspector. To my surprise, there wasn't any installer, or anyone from the company to meet the inspector the last time, so I had to walk him through and gather the information about what was wrong by myself. By today one year and 3 months after I signed the contract I have all the windows unfinished, they don't have any technician that can come to my home and finish at least the ones that pass the inspection. And I honestly don't know what else to do except to write my experience here.
