If I could give a thousand negative stars it wouldn't begin to cover how horrible this company is.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT THINK OF TRYING THEM!

I have permanent damage to the exterior of my home, wires hanging from the wall, torn sheet rock, not mention the fact they failed to hang any barrier as they cut through the exterior of my home. Oh and by the way this has been going on since May of 2023, all while I have been fighting stage 3 cancer.

Jennifer, who claims to be the owner has no idea how to operate a business. She seemed to think that the 3rd door they had to order, to clear Miami-Dade code compliance, was a ""favor"". Someone who thinks a code issue is a favor really needs a grade school lesson on basic contracts. Definitely not running a construction company.

We have sat through 2 hurricane seasons with an unsecured home. I have repeatedly requested that she come to me with a reasonable offer, the damage done to our home will cost us nearly as much or equivalent to what the windows cost, to repair properly.

No offer to address this has been made to date.

These people should have their operating permits pulled permanently!

I'm writing to provide feedback on the exceptional customer service I received from Mike, your customer service manager. A month ago, one of the crystals of the impact proof window in my home broke, and I also there were some finishes to the front door and tiles were not completed, issues which arose a week after. The city had approved the job done. Upon contacting USA Windows, Mike also arranged a rush order to replace the broken glass, demonstrating his commitment to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Despite the delay in receiving the replacement glass, which has not yet arrived due to some issues with the machine at the fabric, Mike has kept me informed throughout the process. He assured me that the new glass should be replaced within the next two weeks.
Mike dedication and proactive approach have been greatly appreciated. His excellent communication and swift action have made a significant difference, and I am confident that the remaining that the remaining issue will be resolved soon. Thank you Mike and the USA team.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USA WINDOWS AND DOORS/USA GREEN CONTRACTORS, they will approve you for a loan, 7 months later and at the time of installation you will be told that your loan was not approve. Either you pay right away or they will force you go with a Pace Program which will increase your mortgage, if not they will put a lien on your property and proceed with foreclosure. It took them an extra 3 months to contact you for the installation after numerous phone calls. Florida location.

We purchased double entry front doors for our home from USA Doors and Windows approximately 6 months ago. At that time we shared with our salesperson who came to our house that there was a piece of wood at the front door which was put in by the previous owner when she had a new porcelain tile floor installed. We told him that we did not have additional tiles for the floor so we would need a threshold that was wide enough to cover the space when the existing door and frame (including the wood) would be removed. He assured us that there would be no problem and that the threshold would be wide enough to meet up to the tile and cover the gap
Fast forward several months of waiting for the doors, the threshold was installed and there is a space of approximately 3"" between the threshold and the floor.
Not what was promised to us!!! Dangerous to say the least!!!
We have called our salesperson, customer service and supervisors numerous times to no avail. We even told them where in Boca Raton they could purchase a wider saddle to accommodate our situation. These were very expensive doors and no customer should be treated this way.
We also ordered a different door for our bathroom. That door failed inspection because of gaps left by the installers. They did rectify that issue but certainly not quality work by any means.
This was a very disappointing experience and we would definitely not recommend anyone to use them.

Please do not do business with this company (USA Windows and Doors). I had two sliding glass doors installed in January 2023 and I am still dealing with them to complete the job.

Everything started off great and I was excited. Mike the salesperson was good. At times I found him to be a little pushy. I had to make him work on my terms not his. After that, he settled down.

For starters, Customer service is horrible. They are giving me the run arounds.

1. The installer worked like a handy man with a helper. At times he appeared to be confused and frustrated. Not professional at all. My first concern was when they cut the line to my alarm that was on the door and threw the sensor in the yard. I found it while cleaning up their mess. I had to have the alarm company to come and rewire and replace the sensor.

2. They did a horrible job with caulking. My husband and I went behind them and cleaned up. They left debris in the tracks; screws, nails, rocks, dirt etc.

3. They cut out a portion of my wall and did not fix it. I had to hire and pay someone to fix it because they said that was not covered under the contract as it was part of the installation.

4. One of the sliding doors measurements were off. They left about a two-inch gap between the wall and the top of the door. It DID NOT pass inspection.

5. I had two screen doors that were never installed. They never came to cover the holes at the bottom of the sliding doors that have fillers but were not covered during installation. The sliding doors come with stoppers because I have the triple doors which two of the doors open. They did not put one of the stoppers on one of the doors.

6. One year and 6 months later I am still calling them to complete their job. I sent emails and made numerous phone calls. My doors were installed in January of 2023. To date, July 10, 2024, I am still awaiting service for things to be done listed above.

Mike, the field manager and Marcos are probably the only two employees that care about the customer. We have had nothing but delays, windows not measured correctly times 2, windows that do not close properly, door gaskets missing.. on and on.
We even wrote a letter to the owner/manager Jennifer with no reply. Who runs a company like this? Communication is not their strong suit with the exception of Mike and Marcos.

What a terrible business. USA Windows and Doors so far haven't finished installing my doors despite my repeated calls. They have been working on 3 doors for probably a year now. Unfortunately the finance company paid them without my knowledge, so I'm guessing this is why they won't finish what they started. A total loser of a company. Stay away!

Representative Eddy for this company is a racist piece of crap...he told me that everyone is not like my kind. He came to our home and told us something totally different than what we agreed on. He was nice until he got our deposit then he became a different person. We agreed to 30% upfront then another 20% when the product is delivered then the balance the City pass the inspection. This company won't even respond to our calls or emails now that they have our money....don't do business with this company....they are not honest. Horrible company

This has been a horrible experience. The salesman ""Lester Trujillo"" claimed he owned this business and made promises that he would handle our installation personally.
The contractor team (USA Green Contractors) were rude, unprofessional and offensive. Lester never showed up nor did he reach out to check on us. The workers argued amongst each other everyday they worked here about who did more work than the next and who was supposed to finish one job or the other. It was chaos. They had bad tempers and obviously did not do a good job or complete the job.
I made a formal complaint with Renew Financial who was not supposed to pay them until the job was complete and now I'm getting the run around from them in addition to fees and interest charges.
I've been receiving phone calls daily from USA Windows and doors and had 6 different men out to my home over the past few weeks to ""inspect"" the work and promises to have it fixed. It's been almost a month and I am still waiting for them to complete this job and correct the errors.
I've also contacted headquarters and John K who is supposed to be the rightful owner of this company. I've received no response after 10 emails with photos and videos of this work.
I am in complete disbelief for the lack of respect and consideration this company has given.
I highly advise DO NOT USE, USA windows and doors or the USA Green contractors for any of your home improvement projects.
They have over 300 unsatisfactory customer complaints and I really wish I would've done the proper research prior to purchasing from them.
