If I can give them negative stars I would. HORRIBLE experience in every single way. Not only did we pay a premium $$ for our windows but it took them over 10 months to install our windows (correctly). Numerous times they had the wrong sizes or couldn't find the windows. It was a MESS from day one.

The first time they came they took out windows without checking the ones they had ordered fit and then left our sons room unsecured with two wood panels and a huge gap in between for over a MONTH!!!! Then they finally replaced it with more wood panels which we had for another three months!!!!!!

One time the installers didn't show up till 5pm on a Friday night and left well after 9pm!!! They also replaced windows that were the wrong tint with windows the same wrong tint and damaged (very obvious bubbles). When asked what they would do about it the answer was nothing!!!! Still have the damaged windows in place.

They would leave a mess after each time the installers would come and unfortunately it was many times. They would also call us a day before the installers were due to come every. Single. Time.

They still owe us a few things and no longer answer our calls or texts. It was such a horrible experience I truly wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Unprofessional from the top to the bottom, they act as if they're doing you a favor. I wish I could go back in time and never do business with them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I repeat STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my front door installed four months ago and the installation is still not complete. I'm missing a sticker and the insurance will not accept the door without the sticker. I have been calling begging, pleading for them to just mail or deliver this sticker so that my insurance will come and re-inspect, and they refuse to do it they have already been paid, so they do not care to bring me the sticker. This is very unprofessional.

Unable to contact anyone. Representative was nice but said he would call us back and never did have been trying to reach someone for 48 hours. Took all of my information but no one has gotten back to me.

We called several companies in the area to replace our original windows for new storm windows. Fl Green Development was very courteous, knowledgeable, and we liked their quoted price. I'm very happy we chose this company, and plan to use them for future home upgrades.

My friends told me about them. I priced out a few places and they were like an average price. I chose them because I felt comfortable talking and dealing with them. I liked how they were responsible price and finished in good timing. Everything they said was in the ballpark (time and pricing). They were with us %100.
Their design team ,installation crew, electrician, and troubleshooting team were professional and capable and always answered all of my questions. Love it!

Called to get a estimate on changing my water heater from electric to gas . The representative said they could only do the job if they also put in new ac, windows or roof. They said that I wouldn't get the rebate unless I did some of the other jobs. I told him that I didn't need anything else. Also I stated I already looked it up, and I do quality for the rebate. He got mad ,mutter something like well there you go then and hung up. All I have to say is watch out for people who always are trying to upsell you.

Great service! Willing to try to service a 7 year old Schuco system they didn't sell. Hard to find good people to do that! Reliable scheduling and transparent/understandable and fair pricing. Knowledgable service tech who arrived on schedule and fully recharged system - he was very diligent/thorough. Exceeded my expectations! Overall, I would do it again if necessary - no questions asked! Highly recommend this company without hesitation.
