Great service! Willing to try to service a 7 year old Schuco system they didn't sell. Hard to find good people to do that! Reliable scheduling and transparent/understandable and fair pricing. Knowledgable service tech who arrived on schedule and fully recharged system - he was very diligent/thorough. Exceeded my expectations! Overall, I would do it again if necessary - no questions asked! My review is a bit different... I already got solar approximately 7 years ago (from a different company). Much to my surprise, after a few years, the system wasn't working well, so I called the company only to find out that they closed down and are out of business. I wasn't called, emailed, or sent a letter. They just closed and left me with a broken system and no one to service it. Just to add, this system had a warranty, but because the company closed, that warranty was void. As you can imagine, this was super frustrating and shocking to learn. I started having high bills again. I met with multiple solar companies trying to figure out how to fix my unique situation. Every single solar company that came to my house pushed me to throw away the old system and replace it completely with a new one (from their company, of course), which is quite costly! Then finally, I got in touch with FL Green Development. Thank God I did. Liroy came by and took a quick look at the system. He offered a system check up by one of their engineers to try and fix the existing system before exploring other options, and they DID! They fixed my existing system and helped me install an additional system to help me avoid electrical bills when charging our electrical vehicles. Great company, honest people and amazing customer service. Just one note they were late by 45 min so make sure you check with them if u have a busy day. Besides that everything was perfect !!

Honest, efficient, many options, really cares, handles every aspect!
So I'll try to make this short: We waited for a long time because every place we talked to sounded like a scam. Here are the things that are different about Liroy @ fL Green Development, who we met at a climate fair.
He evaluated our bills and planned what we needed. He was patient and answered all my millions of questions.
He did not pressure us to make a decision, simply presented options.
He had several financing options for us, even though our credit is not great. The rates are very competitive.
We are getting ready to refinance and didn't want a new debt on our record. He had several financing partners that could service us that way.
He had options that allow us to use our tax credit as part of the cost. He has vendors that can add the cost to your property tax so that it's tax deductible.
Our roof needed repairs and he had a way to roll it into the package.
We had no money for a down payment.
The installers he used were very efficient, friendly and did great work.
What else could we ask for? We give 4 stars due to some delays that caused us to take few more days off work but besides that it is an absolute 5 stars !

Liroy with FL Green Development provides amazing service. I have had my system for 13 years, and when my inverter started having problems I contacted FL Development for help. At that time to my Fronius equipment was still under warranty. Liroy scheduled an appointment to service the system and arrived promptly. After troubleshooting the issue he worked directly with Fronius to order the required replacement parts. Then returned to install them when they arrived. The system was back up and running promptly, and didn't cost me anything. Liroy was very professional. He graciously took time to explain the issues and answered all my question. Then over more years as the inverter aged, he again solved whatever problem came up. When the time came that I had to replace the old inverter, I again contacted Liroy and had him upgrade the system to the latest technology. Now I have a new inverter with a new warranty, and can monitor the system through the web and a phone app. I highly recommend FL Green Development for any service or repair needs you have. I know I will always keep Liroy's business card handy for any future service.

This company deserves a little shout out. FL Green Development is simply the best! They were very knowledgeable, easy to work with (answering my million and one questions), and competitively priced. I did a ton of research and they truly offered the best system at a very fair price. They also made the entire process easy from start to finish. After working with them I got the feeling that they had my best interests in mind. Without even asking, FL Green Development designed an array that would be efficient and aesthetically pleasing. As much as I love the idea of solar, I was a little worried that the panels would stick out like a sore thumb. I couldn't have been more wrong. They explained some of the features that make them unique and it was stuff I would not have even thought of. For example, they ran all of the wiring so that it was hidden as opposed to running it across the roof. They explained that this was more difficult and took more time, but that it was important to them that the finished product looked great. They also offer a 10 year Production Guarantee which means that when they estimated the return on my system if it ever falls short of what they say it'll produce, they will pay us back for any shortages on production. It made me feel safe, knowing that they truly stand behind their designs. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Could not be happier. Now I don't feel as guilty having 10,000 Christmas lights strung up around my house I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had long wanted the security, convenience, and beauty of impact resistant doors and windows. I also thought I'd save on the electric bill and perhaps homeowners insurance. And a friend had recommended Green development.

The day finally came when I could commit to the project, so I called Dana for an estimate. I was assigned to work with Liroy . Because of the substantial money involved and having never done this before, I had lots of questions and concerns. He patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns -- sometimes more than once! No doubt I was a nervous consumer.

I signed the contract and the wait began. But finally I got the call that the customized doors and windows were ready to install.

Then Joe and Pacheco arrived to begin work. What skillful, knowledgeable, competent, and considerate workers! They worked methodically and steadily. They came across a few problems but in every case resolved them and the windows and doors fit perfectly. And they covered furniture and belongings with plastic and swept and vacuumed after completing each window, door, or room.

The result is beautiful. And of course secure. And I couldn't be happier with the design of the windows and doors and how well they fit. They left me with only minor touch-up painting to do.

I give Green Development and its staff a 5-star rating.

We just got solar installed on our home with Florida Green Development . The whole process leading up to installation was efficient and professional. However, the installation process was quite the opposite. I took the day off for installation but unfortunately the job did not get finished and they scheduled to return later in the week. And they did ! All in all I am very happy with the results. My roof is unique (aluminum shingles) and presented a challenge for installers. FL Development met the challenge with some engineering. When I had a minor equipment failure they walked me through the replacement process and paid for the lost energy generation. I've been satisfied.

My system went online mid-July 2020 after much anticipation. In the months prior, I researched extensively, interviewed existing panel owners, and requested bids from 4 companies. Despite very aggressive marketing and high-pressure tactics from at least two of the four companies, we chose FL Green Development due to their clear presentation, conservative estimates, willingness to answers our questions, and attentiveness to our needs. We installed panels, microinverters, and added 2 Tesla walls. We agreed to trim trees on the west side but decided upon their recommendations to wait on additional tree trimming. I was gratified and relieved with the energy production from day 1. It has been sufficient to power 80% of our energy needs in a 2400 sq ft home. Despite many recent cloudy and rainy days, we even send power back to the grid most days. The personnel at this company has been top-notch and very professional at all levels, before, during, and after installation, from sales, managers, solar panel installers, and master electricians. We strongly recommend.
