Pat and his crew did an outstanding job repairing tree damage and replacing my roof and rain gutters. They replaced the roof on my shed with matching shingles and surprised me by saving the undamaged rain gutters and downspouts from my house and adding them to my shed , which was a special added touch.

Pat replaced my roof in 1990 when I first moved into my home and he and his crew go the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered and the job is done right, on time and at a fair price. Urrutia Roofing was that way in 1990 and they are the same today.

Not only did the crew show up as expected, Mr. Rivera was out to check the progress throughout the job.

I honestly don't know where to begin...but will make my best attempt! Urrutia was the third bid I received for a badly needed new roof to replace a very worn wood shingle roof. Their bid was very competitive. Here's what sold me on selecting them for the job...a close friend who works in the trades, had Urrutia Roofing replace his aging roof, and he was absolutely effusive with his praise for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and thoroughness. His evaluation meant a lot to me. I chose to go with a 40 year roof, and almost dreaded the first day of work as wood shingle roofs are notorious for attracting termites, and my old roof was installed in '91. As you may have guessed, that first day was LOUD as, of course, they removed the old roof. Each day I would go out after the workers left for the day, and look at their handiwork...what an amazing job. Now, you can only imagine what a ""God-awful"" mess removing an old shingle roof creates, but before they left they gas blowered off the roof...and then vacuumed around my house! Yes, they vacuumed! They left my yard, porch, and planter beds completely clean, and any tarps, tools, trash cans, etc. left for the following day were neatly put out of the way, and left in a very organized manner. They also ""tarped"" everything they could in my garage since my garage is open to the roof, and would be receiving a lot of dust, dirt, termite scrapings and droppings. Second day, the demolition is completed, the plywood is almost done being placed on top of my old 1 X 6's, termite repair...yes, there was a lot of that...is almost done, and they begin installation of new shingles. Third day, plywood installation in complete, termite repair is completed, and installation of new shingles continues. Next...half day!...new shingle installation is completed, roof vents are spray painted, and a thorough clean up. Three and a half days, from demolition to new roof on an 1,800 square foot house! Very fast, professional, and clean job. Met with the owner Pat for gutter removal and replacement, and within a day I had a great, competitive estimate, and within a week, new gutters and downspouts installed. Guys showed up early in the morning to start the job and cleaned up and completed in just 4 1/2 hours, great job guys! Really appreciated the quick response and Pat was very easy to get a hold of. Colors and quality of work was fantastic. Will use again for other roof jobs!

Aaaah! so wanted to give this business five stars.
Small local business, hard-working crew and they couldn't be nicer. The bid seemed fair enough and its a go. Three day's later I have a new roof as promised. Sounds good right? Here's the rub, details, they just weren't so neat. Numerous little things that added up to a bad looking job. Now time will tell on the overall work...hoping for the best.
