Tom is fantastic. I tried to get quotes for a commercial building in Temecula, no one came through. I contacted at least 6 different Companies. Tom was the only one who came through at a good price and biggest of all he had supplies. All others gave the old ""supply chain problem"".
He's reroofed 3 large buildings for us. Clean and respectful of our tenants and their customers.

Here is a roofer that has such a bad reputation he had to change his name. He was Tom Roney Roofing now Up On The Roof LLC. Either way don't hold your breath this guy will ever show up, return a call or frankly do anything he says he's going to do.

My roof was put on in October of 2000. Since 2017 I've been trying to get this guy out here to provide me the manufacturer of the 30 year roof he installed. Yes, 2017, now it's June 20121 and you guessed it he is MIA -Missing In Action. The asphalt shingles are failing and he could care less.

There is no way this guy is that busy that he can't show up and provide the information he promised to.

Looking at other reviews, this is his MO - Method of Operation!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

He will not honor his warranty because he knows his work is bad and he will have to eat it. He also knows that you can't go after his bond if he strings you along long enough.

If want to be gohsted, no warranty, ignored and a crappy roof, then Tom Roney is your man!!!

Insane roofer and Sloppy work appeared as if a third grader completed the job. Where do I begin? Roofer was smug and rude. Roof still leaked and refused to warranty the work. Forced me to find another roofer and when I told Up on the Roof there services were no longer wanted up on the roof committed criminal trespass! I received a motion activation on my security camera this insane man was climbing my roof without my permission and without any notice or consent from me. I still have no idea what he did up there. Luckily I had a competitor respond and fix what up on the roof failed to and even replaced the entire roof in that area for the same price up on the roof originally charged just for ""cleaning"".

Tom and his guys were great! I discovered a leak in my upstairs loft after our last rain shower and started the mot fun process of finding a company to diagnose the leak and get it fixed before the next storm. I called a few roofing companies and got either a huge estimate, a 8-12 week timeframe, or both. Discouraging to say the least. I finally found a restoration company that gave me a strong referral to Up On the Roof and I couldn't be happier. Tom was very quick to respond, sent a guy out the next morning and gave me a very fair and honest estimate. I accepted the estimate and he immediately sent over another member of his crew to get the job done. They were up on the roof and fixed my leak and other issues in a flash. I highly recommend giving Tom a call if and when you need a roof repair. Thanks again Tom!

After a week of rain, which is seldom in our area, I noticed water stains on the ceiling of a spare bedroom. A friend highly recommended Tom so, I called and left a message. He immediately contacted me back. We met the next day and he inspected my roof. He explained the roof was still in good shape and there was no indication of a leak. He went inside and I showed him the bedroom ceiling. He noted the water mark stains and went back on the roof. What he found was the base of a roof vent was sticking up causing the rain to enter with the high winds during the storms. He took pictures and showed me the area in question. Tom went to his truck, got some nails and hammered them at the base of the vent. Thankfully, it was a quick and easy fix.

Tom was very pleasant (on the phone and in person), personable, and honest which is why he was highly recommended to me. Some companies would have ""found"" a problem no matter what. I would highly recommend using Tom for any roofing issues. I know I will call him again in the future if needed.

Tom was referred to me by the Screen Doctor! I was happy to say that Tom responded to my call very quickly, fixed the roof within a couple of days and his pricing was very reasonable! Would recommend him to anyone with a roofing problem!

This company was recommended to me and I called in early December to schedule a roof inspection. I was told that I would be put on the waiting list and that they would call me to schedule. I did not hear from them by early January so I called and left a message. The call was never returned, no explanation, no nothing. This is not good customer service so I will not recommend.
