Aloha from the Smith Family in Ewa Beach! Many thanks to Unlimited Home Services. Our roof experienced wind damages and we reached out to Unlimited for help. Phil was able to walk us through their FREE Roofing Program and offered to help. They coordinated the process and handled all the leg work. Our roof was paid for with no out of pocket costs to us. We recommend them to anyone who needs roofing.

We reached out to Unlimited Home Services to learn more about their free roofing program. Phil came over to our home after our initial call for an inspection and confirmed that we do qualify for a free roof. His team worked directly with our insurance company and also assisted us filling out the HOA application for our roof replacement projection. His team did it all on our behalf! Once all the paperwork has been submitted, our roof was replaced by Phil's team at no cost to us. His team was great and finished the roofing project in about 3 days, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the project and was courteous to our neighbors.

I was looking into redoing my home's roof as it has been raining pretty heavily lately, and I noticed some water damage in a particular area of my home. I reached out to social media to see who has done work on roofs in my area, and I was suggested to reach out to Phil.

After reading some great reviews, I reached out to them for a quote through the website form. This is where the problem starts and where I, as a customer, start making judgements on this type of service as it is a huge amount of money I might be spending, and I'm very careful with this type of transaction. Impress me early on, and you will have my business.

After my online inquiry was not answered after a full work day, I decided to call the next day. I forgot who I spoke to, but she said she would leave a note for Phil to call me back. I waited 2 days and called again,he was now on travel! Being patient, I say just bad timing. I did want to go with this company, and they were on the top of my short list, but they are throwing huge red flags my way just for a quote!

A couple more days go by, and I call again, saying I'm still trying to get a quote. This time, I finally spoke to Phil about the work I was looking to get done, and we scheduled a day for him to take a look at the roof. Finally! He comes by and inspects the roof and the damage. I tell him what work I want done and want quotes for separately as there's multiple avenues of approach I'm thinking if I do have to spend out of pocket. Phil said he would reach out to me next Tuesday with quotes.

Unfortunately, the quotes never came, and now I'm tired of playing this game where I have to initiate the contact as the customer. Although there are plenty of great reviews, maybe I fell through the cracks? At the very least, please tell me you're busy, and we will revisit this another time.

As of now, I'm still gathering quotes, but I know that I will not be doing business with this company for my future roofing project.

In life, we've all come across ""too good to be true"" propositions, but I'll tell you one thing:. The work that Unlimited Home Services accomplishes DOES NOT fall into that category! Rep Jun Arconado is there to help YOU. In fact, the whole team works with true integrity. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and so easy to partner with.
My roof had damages and a pronounced leak. Insurance would only address the water spots on the ceiling which would cost less than my deductible to repair. So in other words, my insurance initially weren't going to pay for anything.
Unlimited took my issue and fought hard for my best interest. It took time, but it was very much worth the wait as I now have a completely NEW ROOF which cost me NOTHING.
I mean, who doesn't want a free new roof??
So grateful to Jun and company! They're beyond awesome!
