Let's just say it has been a long LONG time since my parent's roof has been changed and it was definitely in desperate need. There were decades of wind and rain damage that needed to be repaired and Unlimited Home Services fixed it all! They worked efficiently and in a timely manner and even helped my parents communicate with their home insurance. We didn't even have to lift a finger! Other than choosing the color of the roof of course. They did a wonderful job fixing the roof of my parents' home. We highly recommend their services.

Tommy, Luke and the rest of the Unlimited crew did a great job repairing and painting our interior walls and ceiling after some water damage due to a leaking roof. The work was covered by our homeowner insurance policy. Tommy and the crew were hard-working, conscientious, meticulous and left our home as clean as when they got here. The quality of the work was top notch, and they were true professionals! Unlimited also did a great job replacing our roof, which likewise was covered by our insurance policy because of wind damage. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars was because the communication was not very good during the months-long claims process. Other than that, though, I was very pleased with the job that was done!

Thank you, Unlimited Home Services (UHS), for our new roof. It was a hassle-free experience; the company took care of all the paperwork necessary for our home to get a new roof at a minimal cost. Our 24-year-old home had its ""ridge"" closed making our house very hot during the summer but the guys from UHS were able to help us out by opening that ""ridge"" with no extra cost leaving our home with bearable temperature during the summer. Thank you Phil for keeping us updated during the process, and to the rest of the team, Mahalo for doing a great job and for being very professional.

We just had a new roof installed on our house and cottage by Unlimited Home Services. They were fast and professional and they even removed all our PV panels and reinstalled them. I highly recommend this company. We have two beautiful new roofs and they were both free!

This company is Great! They work hard for you to get your roof done by communicating with insurance or association if necessary. The roofers got it done quick and cleaned up good. I saw some things had flown over our fence into a ravine and they got it all cleared, went over our property a few times too.
They work With you and completely recommend this company. They also do work on the neighbor islands.

When I first made the call after receiving the UHS postcard, it seemed all to good to be true. However, working with Travis at Aloha Public Adjusters my family was able to get half a roof. Travis did everything thing possible, he was a great communicator through the process and did what he could. The UHS office wasn't as great with communication. I ended up with a dumpster in my driveway over the weekend and my cars in my neighbor's yard. When they removed our old shingles we had 3 vents and in the end we only have one.
