Universal Roofing services the community that I reside . They are always courteous, prompt, professional . The skill of their repairs is the area of opportunity that exists. I have had the same spot in my bathroom ceiling repaired twice, here it is this morning while experiencing heavy rainfall , the newly replaced bathroom ceiling which was at my own expense is destroyed again from my roof not being repaired properly . Words cannot express my feelings or frustration .

As I sit in my damaged home with workmen repairing my home, I am furious at this company for not promptly responding to my calls for service. I waited FIVE days for them to finally show up with water leaking into my home. Six months later, with insurance and permit delays, living with the damage for months I have a week of repairs. All because this company didn't give a damn. They wouldn't take fifteen minutes to go one mile from their office to my home to help me. And this was after using them on two properties and paying them $30,000. They know their business and they act nice but the work didn't hold up and they went south when I needed them. Don't end up a fool like me. Use a different roofer.

Though I have a nice, new roof, I was very unhappy with the customer service. When there was a question, I felt placated, and often redirected instead of being given an answer. Workers at times showed up unannounced to climb on the roof. The cleanup crew left tacks in my front yard, and the extra tiles were finally picked up after multiple phone calls. I would not use this company again.
