Universal roofing did such a great job on my neighbor's roof; I am having the company do my roof.
Manny came out to go over process and materials to choose from. We went over the contract and Manny explained EVERYTHING...had license number, insurance coverage, materials included and when payments were due..all were written in contract.
So far I am super impressed with this company. They started working early this morning.
Update on review:
Took only 4 days to complete. ( Roofing crew were working on roof during hottest days of this year. ) Crew cleaned up mess each day before they left and at end of job cleaned out gutters!
If I had questions I got on phone and sent messages to Manny and got a prompt response.
Very pleased with whole process and with this company!

I did my research to know about basics of roofing plus I have experience with other commercial roof install and I interviewed these people before hand, they answered all my concerns with all the respect as owner and the rep. filled me in with the process and why they use materials they are going to install.
My install was scheduled for late November of 2022 and it was a wet rainy season they came out just before the rain and covered the leaking portion of the roof a head of the rain storm. These people took care of my investment and are highly responsible.
i will not hesitate to use these roofers again and highly recommend Universal Roofing. Universal is very very good !!!!!!!!!!

We are very satisfied and happy with this company.... from the 1st contact via web access to 1st contact with the person that gave us the estimate, we were treated with a feeling of comfort and respect. We needed a full replacement of our roof after 30+ years we needed a complete new roof. We had other estimates that were lower but the quick (as I call) fly-by people seemed to be more focused on the QUICK $ VS quality. Trust me very quick and double talk. We actually enjoyed the person that came by and the follow-up. They were not in a hurry and actually offered a lower price for less superior product. As a confirmation (and real life experience)---- before I retired I was responsible for warehousing for very secure storage warehousing company, as such had a lot of opportunity's for roof replacements (and did so many times) Sorry for the long winded review, but Manny and his group were great (not cheap) but you get what you pay for..... they were fast clean and on point. As you probably can see I highly recommend this company.

Universal Roofing came to my home and gave me a free estimate for repairs to the flashings, dry rot and some past work from a previous roofing company. The owner came to the property for the quote and oversaw the work afterwards. Very trustworthy and reasonable. Their standards for repair were very high and I appreciated seeing the pictures of the roof after they took the tiles off so I could see the wood that had to be replaced. I'd use them again for future roof maintenance!

Had their ""sales"" rep Kevin come out 02/08/24, wanted two separate quotes for (1) roof tile & gutter cleaning (2) eve repair. Kevin said ""of course"". I didn't hear back and followed up few days later with no response. Followed up today 02/27/24 via text, and he called to tell me ""it just seemed like a hassle and not fair to send separate quotes if you are going to use another company for one of the projects"" I told him directly that I am looking for two quotes.. he continued by saying ""that's like going to the nail salon and asking for only one hand"" WOW! Wonder if he'd have the balls to say that to my husband!
Told him it's all good and we won't be doing business with you. I have more feedback for the owners if they're smart enough to listen.. I would have serious concerns about employing someone like this to be in charge of sales.

We recently hired Universal Roofing to do a complete tear-off and reroof of our home. Keven came out and gave us an estimate after explaining our options and answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Universal scheduled our job, working around the frequent rainy days. They started on February 12th and were finished in 1 week. Our roofers were Francisco and his 2 brothers. These men were very hard workers and also very polite. They did a great clean up after every day of roofing. They even replaced and painted a fascia board and caulked a leak in the gutter. The roofing inspector commented that our roof looked great! Manny, the owner, let us call him with any question we had and was always helpful and understanding. I can't imagine a better company to hire for an excellent job and a fair price. Hire this company! You will not regret it.

Recently there have been more rainy days and I found out our roof is leaking. I have to hurry and go to Yelp, Google to search for a roof repair company. On 01/24/2024 I circle 8 companies to call out.
5 of them need me to leave a message. I did.
The Result: 2 of them can send somebody to do the inspection around 10 days later,3 of them never respond or call me back at all.
Luckily I have another 3 companies and they can send an inspection guy to come the next day.
The result :Keven first came, did the inspection and gave me the price.
The second guy didn't come and didn't notice us at all.
The third guy came and he will give me the estimate the next day.
Finally after all I did the good pick, Keven and the company Universal Roofing Is the winner:
good response, compatible Price,and they finish all the repairs on time before the big coming storm on 01/31/2024.

Keven the estimator from Universal was great to work with. Starting from a quick response for a requested estimate to a full explanation of services and recommended products for our application.
