I submitted a request through yelp and 30 minutes later I got a message back. I called the company and made an appointment the next day I got a call from Kevin, he gave me a quote over the phone without seeing the issue. All I had to do was text him a picture of what needEd to be done. He scheduled the appointment. Got to my house on time and fixed the roof. The techs were very thorough and customer service oriented. After the job was done (excellent job, very clean). Kevin followed up with a phone call to tell me about their work was guaranteed with 2 years. I highly recommend this company. You seldom see companies that are honest and take pride in what they do.

We had many quotes for a re-roof w/new gutters. Manuel came out and gave a great quote, with a quick start date! Even after a rain delay, they arrived and promptly got to work. Very hard worker, very respectful and did amazing! Our roof looks beautiful and we are so happy with Universal Roofing! Highly recommend! He had it completed & signed off in a week! We even had a sweet surprise in the mail few weeks later with a personal card as a thank you for business! That was so nice, unexpected and appreciated. Great owner, hard working/friendly staff! After a rain storm, we discovered a roof leak. I contacted Manuel in the evening and he was out the next day to quote the job. Very responsive, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and valleys, fixing the leak, sealing the roof, replacing tiles and removing dry rot. He even provided a few dozen pictures before & after pictures. I can't thank him enough for a job well done. I plan on having Universal Roofing come out annually for general cleaning and maintenance to avoid another major repair.

These guys are awesome. They actually answered the phone when I called. They came out same day to inspect my roof for repair. They gave me a quote and stuck to the quote! The were neat and cleaned up after the job.

We knew we needed a new roof, but we we're unsure if we wanted to replace our gutters and downspouts as well. We received several bids. Some roofing contractors did not offer gutters and downspouts and some did. It was Universal Roofing that offered a bundle price replacing the roof, gutters, and downspouts at a nice competitive rate. When Manuel and Jose came out to our house they introduced themselves and then proceeded to take measurements. After that Manuel went over their shingle product and explained that it had a 50-year warranty. Other contractors prices were for a 30-year warranty. After that Manuel explained we can choose colors for our shingles and for our gutters and downspouts. He had samples of the color options for us to look at. My wife and I went over all the bids that we received and decided that Universal Roofing was offering the best product and value for the price. Manuel and Jose are very professional and honest men who are licensed and bonded and genuinely seem to care about the quality of their product and workmanship that they offer. We give them a highest recommendation. We love our new roof, gutters and downspouts!

I recommend this business. They were the only ones who followed through with my request for help with the roof. The others did not respond at all or responded once but didn't hear from them again. They showed up promptly and assessed the problem, and completed the job as promised. They cleaned up after themselves quite nicely. I plan to hire them again for my next project.
