Universal Roofing team is excellent. Keven came on time. He also gave honest comment why I what to change roof when it's still good which most of roofers just try to get my money. Manny came to check on site to ensure his team do a good job. Price is also competitive. They delivered great quality of work and cleaned up after finish. Highly recommended.

Had their ""sales"" rep Kevin come out 02/08/24, wanted two separate quotes for (1) roof tile & gutter cleaning (2) eve repair. Kevin said ""of course"". I didn't hear back and followed up few days later with no response. Followed up today 02/27/24 via text, and he called to tell me ""it just seemed like a hassle and not fair to send separate quotes if you are going to use another company for one of the projects"" I told him directly that I am looking for two quotes.. he continued by saying ""that's like going to the nail salon and asking for only one hand"" WOW! Wonder if he'd have the balls to say that to my husband!
Told him it's all good and we won't be doing business with you. I have more feedback for the owners if they're smart enough to listen.. I would have serious concerns about employing someone like this to be in charge of sales.

We recently hired Universal Roofing to do a complete tear-off and reroof of our home. Keven came out and gave us an estimate after explaining our options and answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Universal scheduled our job, working around the frequent rainy days. They started on February 12th and were finished in 1 week. Our roofers were Francisco and his 2 brothers. These men were very hard workers and also very polite. They did a great clean up after every day of roofing. They even replaced and painted a fascia board and caulked a leak in the gutter. The roofing inspector commented that our roof looked great! Manny, the owner, let us call him with any question we had and was always helpful and understanding. I can't imagine a better company to hire for an excellent job and a fair price. Hire this company! You will not regret it.

Recently there have been more rainy days and I found out our roof is leaking. I have to hurry and go to Yelp, Google to search for a roof repair company. On 01/24/2024 I circle 8 companies to call out.
5 of them need me to leave a message. I did.
The Result: 2 of them can send somebody to do the inspection around 10 days later,3 of them never respond or call me back at all.
Luckily I have another 3 companies and they can send an inspection guy to come the next day.
The result :Keven first came, did the inspection and gave me the price.
The second guy didn't come and didn't notice us at all.
The third guy came and he will give me the estimate the next day.
Finally after all I did the good pick, Keven and the company Universal Roofing Is the winner:
good response, compatible Price,and they finish all the repairs on time before the big coming storm on 01/31/2024.

we have a 1933 house with a roof in bad repair. Manny and his crew replaced the roof on the house and detached MIL unit in a little over a week. they were all professional, hard workers. they did a great job, cleaned up thoroughly afterward and the roof looks great. we chose an Energy Star tile and the house seems much cooler. They removed old antennas and satellite dishes and cables too. I can't say enough good stuff about them. Working with Manny was great. Very responsive, thorough and professional.

After the storms in January, we noticed several wet spots on our ceilings in two bedrooms. As our insurance was going to do the repairs indoors, we needed to have our roof repaired. As we didn't know any roofers, I checked Yelp. The first roofing company that came up was Universal Roofing. The reviews were really good and more importantly, the company was licensed. I figured that roofers in the area would be very busy and was prepared for a wait time to get the estimate and the roof work done. Calling Universal Roofing was the very best thing I could have done. I called the number listed and left a message about the need for repairs. I received a return phone call that day and was told the estimator could come the next morning. He showed up promptly, inspected the roof and gave me an estimate right then. The estimate was very reasonable and we agreed to hire this company. I was sent a contract via email, which I signed and returned immediately. I received a call telling me the work could start immediately. A few days later, a crew arrived and completed the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Universal Roofing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
