The owner of this company swears his GOD! Please give me a break man! He called me back to give me pricing on a drive and has given me a whole lecture on he does his so called "" integrity job"". He seems like your typical NOT FINISH THE JOB"" type of individual. Even started talking crap about Cubans and Venezuelan people. Just so rude and unprofessional! I felt like my dad was calling me instead of an owner the a business. Heads up man; I suggest you hire a receptionist to better handle your calls, you definitely have no manner to deal with customers! This one is completely off of my list. WILL NOT USE NOR REFER.

My kitchen nightmare continues...... The cheap covering of the cabinets are starting to peel off. The back panel by the faucet lost glue or whatever and coming off.
About 2 years ago, I start noticing the flying ants. They come out at night in my kitchen. Then, last year, I found dead termites inside the cabinet. My husband treated with chemicals but they kept coming back. Now my kitchen cabinets are full of termites!! So we had to call a professional to see what we can do about it. The guy who came to look at the cabinets simply said that these cabinets had a termite colony from the beginning! On top of a lousy job they did with a cheap material instead of promised really wood, they built the cabinets with termite in it. I just can't believe this company is still in business. Some people had a good experience. Lucky for them! But even TV stationed did the show on this company since so many people complained. Yes, Angel is the guy who sells but after that, they refuses to pick up the phone. Only answers when you call from the different number. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE !! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I AM NOT IN THIS BUSINESS AND NO NEED TO COMPETE WITH THEM.

I strongly suggest steer away from this business. Very unprofessional, very rude and will not work to fix their own mistakes.
Started a job, didn't complete and don't care to consult client for refund.
Do not start business with this company or you will lose big time. Only one guy doing the job and answering his own calls.
Left a senior lady hanging without any assistance after took her down payment. On top of that, never consulted city for work permit and left senior client to do it, even thought it's in the contract Angel would run the job from beginning to end take care of everything. LIAR Angel guy

It took me 2 years to get my deposit back from this company because of permit issues. I never had any work done. I had to go down to the police department then I had to go get an attorney and file a judgement against them. In addition, they gave my attorney 2 bad checks that I was never able to cash.

This company did work for me last year, 2017, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. They sent out a guy named Leo Tellez. He was absolutely clueless about remodeling a bathroom. He hired someone who had some knowledge, but not enough to do the job right. They did so many things wrong. They refused to return and fix problems. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They send people who don't work for Universal. Leo told me that he pays Universal to use his license and send work his way. I found this out near the end of the project, after I continued to ask to see his license. He finally admitted he didn't have one. These people are so unprofessional and incompetent.

I would never recommend then company to any one. Angel was the guy who did my estimate for my bathroom and kitchen the promise two flat screen TV since I went with them. To begin they use cheap material on everything things started falling apart after a month I had to pay someone to redo the pipes they did now im looking for another company already to fix the crappy job they did on my bathroom and kitchen

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Angel and Gabriel have no customer service skills and the workers they use are not licensed or insured under his group! Angel will take a deposit from you and his part is done! I have a fence that was not installed correctly and the swing gate is falling off. I have called Angel and Gabriel multiple times to get the fence fixed and all they would ever tell me is ""we will send someone out"" and no one ever shows up. Now I have a broken fence. I tried calling them today which is February 15, 2017 just to find out that they blocked my phone number and my husbands number so they don't have to hear from us. Please find a quality company that will do the work properly. Angel is nothing but a sub-contractor so if you use this company you're going to get what you pay for and that is garbage work!

I requested a quote for a Screen in Patio from Universal Group, Inc., Angel came out and gave me a quote that I was satisfied with.
Angel, started and completed the job when he said that it would. I am very pleased with the work his company provided, the men were they were professional and clean, I would recommend Universal Group to my friends and family if they were getting a screen in patio. If I am in the market for other upgrades to my home I would call Universal Group Inc. for a quote, and if their price is within my budget Universal Group, Inc. would more than likely get the job.

I contracted with this company on February 23, 2016 to install impact windows to my condo. After taking nearly 3 months to obtain the permit, and being charged an additional fee to obtain the permit (after being told the permit was included in the total contract price), we are still waiting for our windows to be installed. The permit was finally obtained on May 10 and as of now, June 17, there are still no windows and no indication of when or if I can expect them. The owner does not return calls, and after finally getting to speak to him today, and being told once again the windows were ordered, we asked where they were ordered from so we can confirm that there is an actual order for my windows. We were told the information is classified and then he hung up. MY ADVICE IS TO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. I AM CURRENTLY OUT OVER $3,000.00 AND HAVE NO WINDOWS.
