This place is so unprofessional. When someone works in sales you are obviously expected to offer options/ recommendations. I don't expect them to say "" I don't know what you need, I'm not doing the job for you"". I asked if the price quoted included 10% waste for the measurements provided. Rude, not worth spending money here!

Been here twice. Please don't ask any questions. They will laugh and make you feel dumb. I've worked on a few dozen roofing projects but had a question about the different types of torch down roofing. Bro was an asshole.

People working here has no ethic and are not polite at all. I greeted 2 different guys 1 in the front desk and the second driving a forklift with a loud voice so they can hear me and they didn't reply to my greet. This people have work for us the consumers and they assist costumers as if we the customers ask materials for free. I wish I'd gone to a different place, pay more and see happy faces.

This place is a joke bought thousands of dollars of material and company ships wrong material tells me that they are going to ship it back the correct material four days later still haven't received my material go to the company to tell them that I need my material today for days later they turn around and tell me to go to Home Depot this place I recommend not to go to very bad customer service

I just checked on my title report and found out this company put a lien my property for roof material in 2008. My roofing was done by Chung Roofing and half payment was made at the end of the day. Remaining balance was paid in full the day after. I had invoices from Chung Roofing and check copies to support these. I signed contract via fax with Chung Roofing after 5 pm on June 27, 2008. A team of Chung's workers and materials arrived at my house early next morning and completed re-roofing by sunset. Later on United Roofing claimed that Chung Roofing ordered materials for our contract on June 26 and not paying for it. How could any material been ordered for my roof before I had a contract? There was also no record of delivery from United Roofing. After several communications to clear these facts with United Roofing, it still put a lien on my house. I did not realize this until last week when I asked one reality agency to run my house title report. Both of these two companies are still in business. Chung Roofing still advertise its service on several Chinese yellow pages.

What should I do to remove the Mechanics' Liens?

I came here looking for a match to an older existing roof tile on my house and after reading the one review for this place stating the same thing I thought perfect - I'll go there!

I walked up to a bullet proof glass box with what looked like a married couple having lunch inside. I had a tile in my had, which the man glanced at before even reaching the window and said ""NO"". I was like - ?! Hello, I'm trying to find something close to this color, ""NO - no have"" and turns to sit back down. Uh, do you have anything similar at all? ""No"" Do you have any idea of anywhere else I can go to find something like this? He manages to barely communicate to try another place down Slauson on bulldog? - All-rite? I drive away - Oh, Allied. They are professional and helpful and since he sent me there (after I kept pushing him) I gave him one extra star.

Was referred by our regular roofing supplier while searching for some old tile. We've passed this spot not knowing that it was a gem with a very welcoming staff and competitive prices. Anthony, who was assisting on the yard, was patient and took time to go through the boneyard until we found just the right tile. I was also impressed with the price. We are a maintenance company that is loyal to our regular supplier but I'm glad we gave them a chance and we will definitely be back.
