Very pleased with the service we received. I met Wes (Sales) at the BIA home show. Very next week someone came out for roofing & rain gutter estimate. I did my research and got 3 estimates in which United Roofing came in about same price range as the others BUT they provided way more information on the process and products being used as well as recommended some additional services to consider which were included in the pricing they provided. They removed all layers of existing roofing to ensure they could inspect the wood. The other guys were just gonna slap another layer on top. Their gutter team is employed in house so I wasn't having to deal with a outside company coming in to complete the job. They also informed me about solar attic fans and the tax credits available on them. In 3 days the entire job was done (remove existing, re-roof, install solar fans, install gutters). They made a task that I was dreading to deal with such a great experience.

Great service and Wes worked with us and rescheduled our roofing job when we had a family emergency and had to be off-island. They showed up on the new date and arranged for my solar panels to be removed and replaced, repaired and re-roofed my home, installed new solar fans, as well as added new gutters all in two days! Awesome job Wes, thank you! We recommended them to other friends who were looking to do their foods!

I have nothing but great things to say about Wes Nomura and the team at United Roofing. Wes was very flexible when setting up atime to do my estimste and arrived promptly ay the scheduled time. Prices were competitve and Wes did a great job of explaining my options and telling me what parts of the house were not priority concerns. During the installation the foreman called me to check up on things and came by after the installation to answer questions that I had.

I definitely recommend United Roofing to anyone looking for a quality job at a competitive price.

We were told that an estimator would be over for an estimate, but after he/she never showed up after two hours, called back and was told they will call the estimator. Well he never bothered calling and it's been a couple of days now. No call or anything from the estimator. This is a bad way of doing business.

Very disappointed that United Roofing did not show up for our scheduled meeting for a roof estimate. My husband took time off early from work to be present at the meeting. When I called, I was told the person assigned to us was in a meeting. There was no courtesy call or apology, just a request to reschedule. In our eyes, this is a reflection of the quality of service that would be provided. We will not be doing business with United Roofing.

Not sure what this company is trying to do but its the same phone number as United Roofing and Raingutters. So I am posting my disappointment on both pages.

Made an appointment for an estimate and they never showed. If they are busy just say so... no need to book an appointment and not show up. I cut my vacation short just so I could make this appointment. Very disappointed...

Our rear flat roof was greater than 24 yrs. and needed replacing. After a few estimates, checking records and references, we settled on United Roofing. Their estimate was not the cheapest nor the highest (range of $7500 - $2900). Very big range of estimates so it pays to shop around, some guys think you're stupid and made of money. Lead time was about a little less than a month. Everything looks tight as we await the next big rain to check for leaks. The rain gutters were previously installed by me, leaked like a b---ch due to age. Instead of reinstalling the broken stuff, I opted to let the professionals do it. New seamless alum. gutters look good, no leaks, angles all good. Its much easier installing a seamless as compared to separate 8 ft. lengths sold at Lowes. Big, big recommendation, make sure the company you go with has been around for a while. Many roofing companies in Hawaii do not stick around for long, close up and reopen under a different name. That way, if something happens, the company is gone so you really don't have much options, warranty could be lifetime but worthless if the ""company"" is gone.

I had a similar experience to the previous review. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. No one showed or called. The office told me it was odd and apologized. Their crew was actually in my area. They rescheduled with the ""owner."" Again no one showed or called. They need to change their ads touting service.
