Watching the quick work being done by United Roofing across the street from us encouraged me to call them when our barn needed a new roof. They gave us a reasonable quote, as well as guidance about the roof on our home. Then they squeezed us in to quickly get the job done. The crew was fast, conscientious and very professional. They also took extra care to search for and remove any nails from around the barn when they were done. The roof looks great and we're relieved to have the leaks taken care of before the rainy season.

We hired this company in October of 2016 to replace our roof on our Monaco model here in Oak Run- the community of Linkside.
Having recently discovered a LEAK in our garage over the Christmas season.
I urgently called their office trying to get someone to review the damage only to get an answering service after waiting 2 hours for a call back I again called their service to see if we could get a call back after 1/2 an hour we had a call from a Eric telling us that they would contact us sometime after their office would open SOMETIME after the holidays.( he did NOT even know when they would reopen)

After waiting after Christmas I did get a call from Eric explaining that a repair crew would be out to our house between 11:00-1:00 P.M.

Bottom line This Company DID NOT accept any responsibility what so ever for having one of their EMPLOYEES cut out a piece of STUCCO out of a DEAD VALLEY and NOT replacing it or at least letting us know about IT which lead to the leak.

NOW they SWEAR they told us about it which NEVER happened.

I would strongly advise any homeowner NOT to hire this company. They are RUDE and do not accept any responsibility.

the owner is very disrespectful. they broke off some stucco when they tore up the old shingles--i called and told him i was going to deduct $100.00 and he called me an ass---i will never recomend, the other problem, they sent a crew who didn't speak english--do not use!!!

I hired this company to put on a new roof in 2007. The roof had never leaked before. When it started leaking they sent a man out and said that my ceiling stains were not recent and had been there for years. This was not true. The next thing I know the ceiling is about to fall on my head. I had my house remodeled and sure enough the same old leak with ceiling stains in the same place. They came out and repaired The roof. A year or two later it started leaking again then they admitted to me that it was the ridge vent and that they don't use those ridge vents anymore but they are not going to do anything about my leak. In the end I found out they had installed it wrong. They used nails instead of screws with anchors. I considered legal action. This company cost me a lot of grief.

I request bids from 4 roofing contractors. One never came, another scribbled the bid on a piece of paper and the third emailed me the bid and would not come out.

United made an appointment, came on time and meticulously explained the process, material used and presented their bid professional on the spot. I gave them my bid and am totally happy with their work / professionalism.

High quality work, on time and most important pay exacting attention to detail. Many thanks to Victor, Lucas and Daniel for doing a superior job roofing my house.

Extremely happy and would recommend them hands down.

United Roofing was hired to repair roof vent flashing that was chewed by squirrels. After the repair, the roof started leaking. Ceiling stains were in a line with the vents. We never had a leak problem previously.. During a telephone call to United, ""Eric"" stated that the roof was in a poor condition. (Installed new in 2011) Certainly not the case. He was extremely rude, abusive, using very foul language during the conversation. We ended up calling another roofer who found that the shingles around the flashings were not installed correctly. We had this company do the repair as we do not want further damage, nor do we trust United Roofing. Anyone who would treat a customer with the language used by Mr. ""Eric"" is certainly not trustworthy. We are considering legal action against this company..
