Amazing Customer Service! and reasonable priced.
This review is long overdue but needed. I had my roof replaced in May of 2018 after many years of trying to save money and just patching it. Finally it was time. I called four roofers and the prices were about $2,000 in difference plus or minus..he was right in between and the hardest part of the job is TRUSTING. I am a women and a landlord, so I have a big problem trusting ALL contractors/roofers..etc.. but I met with Jimmy and his father. I felt very comfortable with them. He first asked me over the phone what type of roof I had before he came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and very nice. He explained to me my situation and gave me options and did not pressure me to do anything. The day it was scheduled, the crew including Jimmy showed up on time. They were very polite to my neighbors and cleaned everything up from start to finish. He also handled the permits with the city and followed up with me afterwards. I would recommend them again and again.

I recently had United Roofing replace the roof on my home. I had three or four bids from different companies, and they were all pretty much in the same price (except the one from Lowe's which was $6,000 more than anyone else's). There was actually a person who answered the phone in their offices which I greatly appreciate. With some companies I had to call multiple times to get someone to either answer my call or call me back. I made an appointment and Rick Coach came to my home, was on time and emailed me the bid within 24 hours. The job was started on the agreed upon date, and his workers arrived on time and did a full days work. The workers were very nice and respectful of our property. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, and also cleaned the neighbors yard where some debris had fallen. They finished the job by the end date they told me. They sent me the warranty and all the paperwork I needed for my files as soon as the job had been paid for. They also give a discount if you pay your bill in full within three days. I highly recommend United Roofing, they were professional, they used high quality materials, they were responsible, respectful and my roof looks great.

Rick and team are terrific to work with and our roof turned out amazing. Rick took the time to explain to me the different types of tile I was interested in, what our roof could accommodate, and even had samples sent to me directly so we could make a decision based upon actual color and style. The work was done in a timely fashion and as promised, and Rick even met the inspector at the house for me while I was at work to get the permit signed off on. Highly highly recommend United Roofing!

We recently used United Roofing to re-roof our home after receiving several estimates. From Rick, Jimmy, Jose and the rest of the crew, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Rick had Jose install our first roof in 1995. We are getting solar so I called Rick again and had the old roof removed and put a new one on by guess who, Jose. We still had about 4 more years left on the roof but because of the solar I couldn't wait. Rick, Jimmy and Jose are absolutely the best and most honest people in the business and their work speaks for itself. They really listened and answered to all my questions and concerns, their price is competitive, and when I asked for some references they provided them. And their crew is awesome too, Jose and two other gentlemen did a superb job and when they were done they cleaned everything up very nicely. Overall United Roofing is a very professional company from management to the crew, I am very happy and satisfied with the end result and I would strongly recommend them for any roofing needs.
