My roof was done in September of 2019. Just 6 months later, April rain came and my roof in my restroom was leaking. It looks like the roof was about to fall on my head. Called them twice, they finally sent the guys 2 days later. Found the leak near by the vent, they fixed it.

Now I'm stuck with the ugly paint in my restroom. Called the painter to repaint the restroom, it costs me $600 because they have to scrape off the old paint, patch up, and repaint. It took them two days cuz they have to wait til the patches are dried before they can paint. I should have sent them the bill but didn't want to deal with them anymore.

Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Rick Coach at United Roofing is an example of how you want a service to be handled. We made an appointment to come look at our roof and he showed up on time and looked at everything. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We had a quote within 24 hours. Ultimate professional service. His crew showed up on time, worked all day and cleaned up EVERY DAY. Any concerns that showed up during the roofing were discussed immediately and we knew what was happening the entire time.-- I have already given his name to two of our neighbors looking to redo their roof- I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!

When we moved, we have watched a number of houses get roof jobs done and I could immediately tell Jose and his crew were very experienced and diligent workers when they were working on our neighbor's roof. They don't dilly dally, chit chat, or take forever to finish a job. I asked for a quote for a small job on my own roof and Jose let me know he'll inform his boss. Rick came the next day and followed-up with a written quote the next day. He responds in a very timely manner to all his office phone calls, emails, and texts (very rare!). His company is the oldest in LA, and all the skills has been passed down from grandfather to son, and now to his son Jimmy. This is a VERY honest and reputable company, one you can absolutely trust. Rick does check on each job and we are so thankful to have a trustworthy company like United Roofing.

No show for appointment and then blew me off after I called, saying they refuse to look at my guest house roof leak because I had the main house roofed by someone else a year ago. Very unprofessional, petty and a waste of my time.

In response to his response- that is not how warranties work, and I shouldn't have to explain that to someone who has a roofing business. Concerned that if someone does have a warranty issue that you won't stand behind it because you don't understand the core principles of warranties. Also, super creepy that you drove by and then sent me an email saying you refuse to look at my leak via email, after blowing off my appt.

United Roofing was amazing from setting up the appointment with the recepitonist to the crew clean up. My mother needed a new roof on one of her houses behind her home and after receiving a very high quote for a small space, we called United Roofing. Jimmy and Rick came the very next day and gave a much more reasonable price.
Rick was concerned about my mother's roof leaking and helped patch it before the rain (my mother is 92). After the rain passed, they did an amazing job, so amazing that they are doing my husband and I's home now! We are so happy with the customer service we received and enjoyed giving business to a father and son company. It is upsetting when the elderly are taken advantage of financially and United Roofing instilled in our minds that good companies still do exist! THANK YOU UNITED ROOFING CO.

Very unprofessional. I am glad I only had this experience during the selection process. We had an appointment scheduled and they failed to show up. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that they couldn't make it or needed to reschedule. We waited for 4 hours, and when we called, they didn't respond or return our calls.

Amazing Customer Service! and reasonable priced.
This review is long overdue but needed. I had my roof replaced in May of 2018 after many years of trying to save money and just patching it. Finally it was time. I called four roofers and the prices were about $2,000 in difference plus or minus..he was right in between and the hardest part of the job is TRUSTING. I am a women and a landlord, so I have a big problem trusting ALL contractors/roofers..etc.. but I met with Jimmy and his father. I felt very comfortable with them. He first asked me over the phone what type of roof I had before he came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and very nice. He explained to me my situation and gave me options and did not pressure me to do anything. The day it was scheduled, the crew including Jimmy showed up on time. They were very polite to my neighbors and cleaned everything up from start to finish. He also handled the permits with the city and followed up with me afterwards. I would recommend them again and again.
