Spoke with James. He promised to visit the property as I provided him details of the property and the address. He never showed, never called. I followed up with him and he made up excuses that his truck broke down and that he went to the site and it's commercial. Would recommend going elsewhere for this.

James came out to inspect our roof and provide his estimate whether we needed to replace, and what issues he saw. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and upon seeing the roof he determined we didn't need to replace or do any work. We appreciated his honesty and that he was not trying to sell us or pressure us to do any unnecessary work.

His quote for replacing our roof (it'll be different for yours depending on the sq ft area), was $12K which was in line with other contractors we talked to.

He did point out some minor bubbles on our roof from the previous installation that was caused by heating the material too high. It was great to get this insight and to learn that overall, our roof is doing fine and can go on for a few more years.

I would definitely recommend talking with James for your roof. He seems very easy to work with and really knows what he is doing.

His crew was very courteous, hard working and very willing to answer any questions that we had. They got the job done in about 3 days and cleaned up after themselves each day.

My husband and I bought our first house recently and knew the roof was nearing the end of its lifetime, but thought we still had a few years left in it before needing to replace it... then we got some rain and realized we had some bad leaks that needed attention ASAP. I met with a few different roofing companies, and chose James and his company. He was always prompt in his replies when I reached out with any questions, very professional and honest and able to talk about the roof issues in a way that was easy to understand.

He was able to fit me in quickly, and his team finished up the whole roof in 3 days. They cleaned up the area really well at the end of each day, I think we only ever found a single stray nail after they were done (I've talked to others who had their roof redone and were finding stray nails around their house for weeks afterwards).

I definitely recommend James, he and his workers were very pleasant to work with and did a great job. We're very happy with our new roof!
