A Jackson, MS native, Jon C. McCoy, Sr. went to high school at Jackson Academy, Murrah, and Callaway. He has lived in the Jackson area for over 50 years and graduated from Callaway High School in 1980. Jon Sr. is a proud father of three: Mary Drew, Cody, and Jon Clark McCoy, Jr.

Jon Sr. holds a contractor's license from the State of Mississippi. He is also a licensed residential builder and has almost 40 years of experience in general contracting.
