I am known for doing my ""due diligence"" when it comes to anything over $500.00. I contacted and spoke to over 30 roofing companies. Half gave me a cock n' bull story about stripping the old roof completely (which costs 40% more!) and probably needing new wood underneath. Ramon walked the roof, said wood was fine and checked with the city about permits and instead of stripping old roof, Ramon AND the City said it is better too overlay new roof on old which we did. United Master Roofing is prompt, professional and very accommodating. Strongly recommend United Master Roofing and Ramon is awesome!!!!

Ramon will be our go-to guy! We own a 1925 bungalow Spanish home in Los Angeles. These homes sometimes have pipes coming out of the houses to air out the attic. Unfortunately, these are perfect for bird nestings and other animals to make home. Ramon custom made inserts for these pipes to block out any animals from making it their home while allowing airflow to the attic. Ramon did a fantastic job with craftsmanship and it looks great - can't even tell it's there! He also installed a water spout to prevent moisture from seeping into the home.
