Prior to commencing any job, he takes the time to speak extensively with each customer. James and his field superintendents participate in every project, making certain that customer wishes and requirements are fulfilled. They will be present on each roof, inspecting, reviewing, and modifying as required until the roof satisfies their exacting standards.
