Prior to commencing any job, he takes the time to converse thoroughly with every customer. James, along with his field superintendents, participates in every job, guaranteeing that the desires and requirements of the customer are fulfilled. You will see them on-site, inspecting, evaluating, and making adjustments as needed until the roof is finished to their high standards.
