Camila Hernandez was a great help for our roofing needs. She did the roof inspection, filed our insurance claim, Meet with the adjustor. She hand delivered our warranty after the job was completed.
With 35 years as a project Manager in the construction field I have to say the crew would rank in the top five for contractors. The crew arrived and installed netting around the house. They installed safety netting at the door so we could come and go as needed. Work was completed in one day, CLEAN UP was 5 stars, When the crew left you couldn't tell they had been there. What a great job.
Final inspection was completed the next Day, and the Roof looks great.

Quick and very professional. Arrived at 7:30 am and left by 5. Did a little damage to the lawn with a truck and trailer, but it was repaired in a timely manner. Granted, we had recent heavy rain. Juan was on top of every step, dealt with the insurance company. Highly recommend!

This company is GREAT!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. Staff was very professional, and courteous. My house looks brand new with the roof they put on, replaced what needed to be replaced as far as plywood etc. I would recommend them to everyone. Camila was wonderful, answered all questions very knowledgeable

Arrived around 7:30 AM and was completed by 4 PM. Excellent work, cleaned up all the nails, trash etc. Helping with insurance claim too.
I highly recommend them.
Only disappointment was they didn't bring breakfast.

Our roof was damaged bc of a bad hail storm & United Roofing repaired it quickly & with precision technology & it looks great! Not only did they do a fantastic job with the roof repair, they were very organized, professional, friendly, & helping with communication via our insurance company. Kudos to Juan Serna for making it easier for us!

Insurance approved replacement due to hail damage. United did all the work with my homeowner's insurance. The workers cleaned up every night. They used quality materials. This was a seamless process, and United communicated a daily update! Very pleased and would highly recommend them!

I would NEVER use them again nor recommend them. I had a metal roof installed, and it leaked in numerous places both during installation and after it was installed. Took multiple calls to get all the leaks fixed.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Chad & Anna are great team leaders. They are very professional and the pride of workmanship is obvious. They provide before and after pics and pay attention to detail. I was happy to re-hire them for another property recently. Good to have piece of mind being that I live out of state.

UPDATE on our review: Chad just came to do the ""final inspection"" of our roof. He got up there with a fine tooth comb and found one, yes ONE, shingle that didn't look right to him and told my husband that the crew would be back today to fix it. No one would ever notice it but this is the kind of company UCR is! Thanks Chad!!!! United Contractors Roofing just completed our roof yesterday and we couldn't be happier! Tyler was the best getting things set up with our insurance company, he went above and beyond to help us! The crew that installed our roof was fantastic! They worked later than normal in order to get the back of the house done so our dogs could go outside safely. The woman with the crew spent hour after hour going over the yard to pick up any debris to keep the yard safe for the dogs. When the job was completed, there wasn't a speck of debris in our yard. We would recommend UCR to anyone looking for a new roof!!!
