My roof was damaged from a tree falling on it and I had another company do the emergency dry in. That company never followed through with assessing the roof and kept asking for the estimate from the adjuster and was playing games. My property manager recommend Andrew Johnson and he was very responsible. I didn't like the idea of giving the adjuster estimates to the companies but this one did not go much over the estimate. I found them to be responsive and they never kept me waiting around like the other company did. Andrew's presentation was brief and he understood what I needed done. He was also nice enough to mention the military rebate and I appreciate this company's support of serving members. It was also pleasant dealing with the office manager, Kendall Favor. She was nice and provided the documents.

Great experience! Drew was the best, so easy to deal with... friendly and professional. The roofing crew worked fast and did a great job cleaning up. Very happy with United's service.

They know how to roof, but do not look for elusive leaks, so the roof still leaks occasionally, even though they tried more than once to fix it. Also, the replacement shingles do not match the old ones, which makes the repair obvious. Not a good look.
