Paul S.I generally do not respond to an owners counter email, but I never received callback from Unique Construction. Moreover, I called their offices 4 times to attempt to reach someone and only received a voicemail, not a call back.
I answer all calls to the phone number I gave them, as I am in the real estate business and answering calls means business to me. I never received a call. Moreover, once the appointment was set online, there was no further requirement that a follow up call would be forthcoming. They may be good contractors, but we'll never know.
