I Received a call from a salesman offering their services. I chose to give them an opportunity. From the beginning it was one excuse after another. I have solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled. They were hired to remove and reinstall the panels and reroof my home. First I had to wait for the solar panels to be removed. When they removed them they just lended the panels against my home. I was told they were going to place them on pallets and covered did not happen. When they finished removing them I had all the hardware scattered all over my yard. I asked them to clean it up so my gardener can mow the grass when they came. I spoke to the contractor and was told they had all the materials needed to start the re roof of my home. I had to wait almost a week for them to deliver their materials to start work. After they completed the reroofing of my home, they left a mess. I had to call them to send someone to come by and clean up the nails and pieces of shingle that were scattered in my yard. They did not do a good job cleaning up. After the work was done I had to call the county to find out when they were coming to inspect the work. It took them a week to get the county out to inspect. I called them to see when they were going to start re-installing the solar panels and was told they had to order the hardware for the solar panels. When I spoke to them a week before I was told they had everything on hand. So I asked them what the hold up was with the parts and labor they had the nerves to tell me they were doing good on time, that it was normal to be two and a half weeks in and still not be done. Due to all the issues I had I decided to climb on top of the house. When I was there I noticed loose shingles. I called the contractor and had him come out to show him what I found. The contractor called the installer and explained to him what we found. The installer did not know he was on speaker and processed to say I did not know what I was talking about. Really a loose or unglued shingle does not require a expert to see that it was not done correctly. The installer was told to come by an address my concerns and he never showed up. The contractor had to have someone come by and fix the issue. Finally the solar panels were re-installed. When they finished they still had left the old hardware scatted all over my yard. I had to hire someone else to clean up and remove all the debris. Long story short the work took over one month. I was without my solar panels and gardener was not able to mow my yard for a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDER!!!
