I used Yelp early in the morning and I was on the phone setting up a same day appointment with a technician named Javier. Javier showed up on time and wearing a mask. He assessed the problem with my A/C and had it fixed and working in about 30 minutes. This was an all around great experience and I recommend Underline Energy Concepts for any of your A/C needs.

Expensive! Quoted $2100 to repair one valley and replace board underneath another section. Then told it was going to cost a lot more in the middle of the repair. Asked how much just for one valley, was told $1700. Another company charged me $1800 to repair four valleys on my previous house.

After reading the bad reviews, I decided to to give them a chance. Big mistake I waited for someone to show up at the schedule time and no one showed up. I called to confirm the appointment and I was told someone went to my house on Wednesday but nobody was home. How funny because I made the appointment on Thursdays.

All I can say.......it's all smoke and mirrors with a lot of misinformation from all the employees. The company is terrible at communicating.....unless they need a check from you. Promises were made and not a one kept. I was assured that no work would be contracted out.....false. If you're looking for a family owned business that will do as they say....keep looking. You've been warned.

We purchased a new HVAC unit with our solar panels. Javier with Underline Energy Concepts was professional and thorough from beginning to end. He installed our new unit within 2 days of reviewing the floor plan, was always on time and thoroughly explained how to use the new technology. He was patient throughout and I felt comfortable enough to reach out to him after installation with a few questions. I will definitely use this Underline Energy Concepts for any future needs and would recommend them to someone looking for a professional heating and air company. It was smooth from beginning to end.

We connected with them late in 2019 and what I appreciated the most was that it was not a pressure sale. We sat down and went over our electric bills and compared to what the cost of solar would be. Made good sense and once we worked through the numbers it was a no brainer.

We continued through the process and their back office folks were also very helpful in every way. We had several phone conversations went through the documents and got it done. They sent us very clear design plans via email and once we approved we set an installation date.

They showed up on time with an amazing three man crew. We lived these guys as they really knew what they were doing, great communication skills, and they worked with us through questions and concerns. Once said it was a very clean and professional install.

Final stage was the city inspector, the main guy on the install team showed up early and met with the inspector they walked the job, and the inspector was even impressed with the work.

Very smooth process, I have been called by so many companies to do this but I am so glad we went with Underline Energy concepts.

We referred my cousin to them as well.
