Talk about quick response time! Dusty & Sal literally called me back per my quote request via Yelp! - within seconds I hit the send button!!! I'm appreciative of the fact they are conservative in their quotes (ie larger SQ ft coverage, etc vs the actual SQ ft of the house provided) for the roof replacement. It wasn't just blindly quoting for the extra footage, they explained it is to cover for the valley of the roof, potential termite damages, etc.
I'm now looking forward to the quote in writing per our phone conversation, so I can go over with my husband for decisions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% contacted Jesse needed a tune up on my A/C unit. They came out within a few days on time and professional. During the process Jesse was giving me updates as far as scheduling when a technician can come out and service my unit. These guys are the absolute best. I had 4 roof leaks in the middle of a pandemic and one even collapsed my laundry room ceiling. I called everyone but people were backed up due to the rainstorm but these guys called me immediately, scheduled Luis to come out within a day and two days after that my roof was fixed perfectly.
