Underline has been the most honest company I have been able to find when it comes to solar. They are fair priced and their customer service after install has been superb. I have been a customer for around 5 years now and have zero issues with customer service. They even call me to let me know something has been off with my system. One of my solar panels was under producing and I was notified by Michael about the problem. The panel was under warranty and Michael scheduled an appointment to switch out the defective be panel. Michael was completed with the panel swap in about 30 minutes. Now my system is back up to peak production. Thank you Michael!

This is the 2nd time I've used UEC for roof repair (two separate areas of my roof) in the last 2 years. These guys do really great work, and both times I got multiple quotes from other companies, and their price is very competitive. This 2nd time they offered to do general roof maintenance to prevent this issue from happening in any other areas, which I'm sure is well worth the money spent. I'll use them again and absolutely suggest you call UEC out for a quote next time you need a repair.

I've also found their office staff very friendly; the workers who did the work are very considerate and clean up after themselves; I haven't found a single thing I don't like about this company.

You must be confusing me with other clients as my industry does not use quasi-military titles. I do respect Firemen as my nephew is one. Your reply is an inaccurate third party summary. The three month installation was fraught with ""misinformation communication"". Post installation support has been beneficial as Sal assisted with setting up the monitoring application that revealed 1/3 of the panels were not working. The technician said it was due to an ""inadequate antenna"" that was replaced. The System is working well at this time.
