CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% contacted Jesse needed a tune up on my A/C unit. They came out within a few days on time and professional. During the process Jesse was giving me updates as far as scheduling when a technician can come out and service my unit. These guys are the absolute best. I had 4 roof leaks in the middle of a pandemic and one even collapsed my laundry room ceiling. I called everyone but people were backed up due to the rainstorm but these guys called me immediately, scheduled Luis to come out within a day and two days after that my roof was fixed perfectly. Their level of professionalism, attention detail and just actually giving a crap about their business and how their interact with customers was top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone. I had been needing my to replace my 33-year-old roof. I originally got a quote from Luis with Underline Energy Concepts in September of last year. This was the second quote I had received. I went on to get many more quotes for the work, but keep going back to the quote from Underline as one of the most reasonable in price and appealing in quality of work and material based on their portfolio of prior work.

Eventually, March of this year came around and we had three weeks of solid rain right about when I was ready to pull the trigger and schedule the work. When we finally got a gap in the rain, Underline came out and got the whole job done in a day and a half with a crew of six... in the middle of a global pandemic. Great company to work with, great workmanship and quick turnaround on the job. I highly recommend Underline for any roofing project.
