Fantastic job by Rolando and his crew! Had some have tiles repaired due to insurance inspection, and we quickly realized the job would be bigger than expected, however Rolando was honest and upfront about everything and is very knowledgeable about the roofing business. He put a package together that included pressure washing the roof at a good price. He was very good at communicating throughout the process and was on top of the everything to make sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommended for all of your roofing needs.

They showed on time to provide an estimate covered with face masks and very professional. I got three estimates and they were 400 cheaper than the the higher quote and 150 more expensive than the cheaper quote. The attention to detail was great and I have no complaints. The part that really helped seal the deal for me was that I asked about one item and they looked and told me it didn't need to be replace just need to scarp and re-coat and they would take care of it.

The other two quotes gave me excuses to charge me for extra work. So far it's been 3months with plenty of rain fall and no issues.

I got lucky hiring this company everything Rolando promised this product was supposed to do did it. It cealed roof totally, cool to the touch and the room actually feels cooler. As for the company it's extremely professional, work fast and mess free. I checked around for other pricing and was surprised how lower this companies price is to other contractors.
