The journey of D & B Ultra Exteriors started on July 31, 1978, at the kitchen table of Dave and Becky Taylor. The company was first called D & B Construction Co. and later evolved. Following a few prosperous years, the company incorporated and became D & B Ultra Exteriors. We have now merged our bathroom improvement knowledge with an FDA-approved anti-microbial liner, ensuring an easy-to-clean, mold and mildew-resistant surround for your tub or shower. We are equipped to support handicapped bathroom renovations. Since our founding, we have completed over 8000 projects and hold an A+ rating as an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.

Jason S.Lubbock, TX BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service from D&B Ultra Exteriors is the worst I think I have ever seen. I made an appointment to get a quote on a job (pouring a 10x12 concrete slab and building a storage shed) which according to their website they did. I took off of work to meet Dave Taylor the owner at my house at 11am. At 11:20 (20 minutes late) I received a call from Cheryl their secretary who said Dave was running late and he couldn't call me to let me know. Dave finally showed up at 11:30 and said ""what can I do for you"", No apology for running 30 minutes late or even acknowledged that he was late. When I brought it up he just said ""yup I got tied up and couldn't break away"", again no apology which is the polite thing to do especially when you are 30 min late. I should have asked him to leave at that point given his nonchalant attitude but I showed him what I wanted to do. After I showed him he said that he does not usually do small projects like mine and said ""If I told my guys what you wanted them to do they would laugh."" I again should have asked Dave to leave at that point but against my better judgment I let him keep talking. Dave said that he would give me a quote and took my email address to send me one. Over two weeks later and I still have not received a quote despite calling and speaking to Cheryl three times to see why I have not received one. After four calls and four excuses saying that Dave was working on it, Dave has left for the day, I'm not sure why he hasn't sent you one, and today a new woman I spoke to said that quotes should only take 2-3 days so I am DONE with this unprofessional company and I suggest you look elsewhere if you need work done. I should have looked at yahoo reviews instead of just googles which match my terrible experience.
