Patrick and David were friendly, fast, competent, considerate and professional. They gave us a fair price, and were super easy to work with. They did a fastidious job cleaning up the debris from the roof and gutters after they finished. Patrick went above and beyond by cleaning our skylights. That wasn't part of the job, but he did it even though it was super hot outside!! We were very happy with their attitude and service.

NOTE: You might get their voicemail when you call because this company is JUST THESE TWO GUYS who do all of the work. So they are likely to be on a roof when you call, trying to finish a job. You can pay more for a job by a larger company with a receptionist and more overhead, or be patient for their call back. Worth the wait!

JUST FOUND OUT THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU!!!
My house would of caught on fire if I didn't climb up on my own roof to look at their work!!
I hired Dave and Pat to repair a roof leak around my chimney pipe.
Two weeks after the work was completed we had a September rain and my ceiling had water pouring in around the stove pipe.

I climbed up on the roof to look and my chimney pipe wasn't stable at all, flapping in the wind, crooked! They did not attach it properly. I pulled the chimney stove box from the ceiling inside my house after the water stopped coming in and discovered THE CHIMNEY PIPE WAS DISCONNECTED! IF I HAD BUILT A FIRE, MY HOUSE WOULD OF BURNED DOWN!!. We know that is was connected before they began the work simply because the chimney cap was removed so they could look down the pipe!!!!
The caulking that was used to seal the pipe in the roof peeled right off from the rain. It was as if they used general use caulking.
I also discovered that they did not use proper chimney sheeting metal around the stove pipe on the roof. They used thin sheeting that was extremely pliable which aloud the stove pipe to move.

I had two different roofing companies come out to access the damage, both roofing contractors said the same thing almost word for word. That they had never seen such a repair and that I was lucky it rained so that we discovered the stove pipe problem. They stated, THE REPAIRS WERE DONE INCORRECTLY WITH THE WRONG MATERIALS.
Two totally different roofing contractors said this!!

Patrick and Dave at Ultimate Roofing came highly recommended by two neighbors who had them replace their roofs some years ago. One is my next door neighbor and I recall admiring their workmanship throughout his project. So, I called and Patrick came out to discuss the options for each aspect of the project. I made choices and he promptly provided a reasonable bid, which I accepted. We scheduled a convenient date and they arrived as promised and started work. Switching from cedar shake to asphalt composition is a messy business but they did everything they could to tidy up as they went along. I had just had the house fumigated so I needed them to find and repair termite damaged wood in the roof. They worked hard at that and I'm confident my new roof is entirely sound. While they were at it, they cleared blocked soffit vents and added new ones as needed. In this respect, roofing is like painting in that quality preparation work is perhaps the most important part of the job and the part we see in the end is just the outermost layer. Dave and Patrick did things the right way at every step and show pride in their work.

Ultimate Roofing did absolutely everything to ensure I'd be happy and left me with a truly excellent roof. I couldn't be happier.

Patrick and Dave ( owners) are great! We just had a new roof put on and are very pleased with both the look of the finished product and working with Patrick and Dave through the process. Patrick came on a Saturday to give us a quote ( he even went up on the roof and patched an area that had leaked into our dining room) before we even committed. He told us what to expect during the entire process. The job went quick and just as he said. Some variables ( weather, material) so time estimate was 4-5 days. Despite one super hot day they still finished in 3 and a half days! Everyday Patrick went around our home and driveway with a device to find any stray nails and hazards. Everyday they cleaned up throughly. After the job was complete a city inspector came out and we passed in 5 minutes. Besides all this, Ultimate Roofing has the best price out of all the quotes we had. Thank you Patrick and Dave!

Ultimate roofing is a small roofing business, run by two gentlemen, Patrick and Dave. We have a small single story stucco house in Los Gatos, and the roof was very old and ugly. Ultimate Roofing was referred to us by the person who had done some remodeling work for us, and they did not disappoint. Patrick was our main contact. He came to our house on a Sunday (as we requested), looked at the roof, and we reviewed options. We selected Solaris roofing because the attic was getting very hot in the summer and driving up our PGE bill. They got to work two weeks later. They had a crew tear off the old roof a day and a half, and then took two days to put on the new roof, including all the inspections. They paid attention to all the details, cleaned up after themselves every day, got the job done quickly, and were super easy to work with. The price was reasonable too at under 10K. I would definitely recommend them.

My next door neighbor had these guys replace their roof and they were happy with the work. They let me borrow the quote paperwork and I liked the price and decided to try them out.

I tried calling twice over the span of two weeks and always got voicemail. Each time I left a detailed message but never received a return call of any sort. Either they're out of business or just don't want mine.
