I signed a contract with Ultimate Gutter Guard in October 2021 to have windows installed in my house. Fast forward to Jan 2022 and i asked my sales rep for an ETA. He told
Me they were a couple of weeks out until they could install windows in my
House. Now it's almost March 2022 and I've called over 20 times this week and i just keep getting transferred to voicemails. Doesn't seem like anyone actually works there. I've left countless messages, finally i get a hold of someone and i tell them i just want to cancel my order. She transfers me to someone in Atlanta, where they proceed to tell me that my order was already canceled in November 2021. I'm a little confused because that's when they took the $1,000 deposit from my credit card. She tells me she'd have someone call me. Nobody calls me. The next day is get transferred around and finally demanded to be transferred to someone who was in the building. She ends up telling me that my contract was canceled because it was ""undersold"". So basically the salesmen didn't charge me enough. And they never told me. So I've been waiting to sell my house for six months waiting on these windows and they were never actually going to show up.....i have a copy of the contract and everything. The GM, countless sales team, everyone there just lied to me. It's a very dishonest company.

Worst company ever.
Down payment $7,000.
Remaining balance unresolved.. (assuming 17000 before door is removed from estimate that was never ordered in the amount of $4,500).
$12,500 should be what is due at this time but seeking a huge adjustment for all of the issues with Gutter guard in Greenville. My windows looked like a murder scene with metallic hand prints all down the front. My French doors have a gap in the top that allows cold air in and the still haven't fixed. Door maybe warped or seal defective at the top. 1st set of windows had metallic hand prints down the front of all windows and looked like a crime scene. They still brought these windows out to my home and installed. 2nd set of windows I has to call in to ask when these would finally be installed becauseno one reached out to me (after told would only take 2 weeks). The 2nd set wrong windows ordered and 1 was broken. Currently I have 2 windows with J-channels on my front porch and the 3 largest windows do not have J-channels so my porch doesn't match at all and are sagging in the middle, hard to close, and the screen is leaning in towards the center. Plus the large windows were not the correct windows and 1 window still has metallic paint with hands prints down the front. 2 screens on the front of my house are ripped and hasn't even even ordered. The sliding doors still do not have the ones put on and are sitting to the side of my counter for them to come out and install. My sidding guys can not finish the sidding on the front of my home until gutter guard comes out and fixes the sagging windows and ordered the other two windows without J-channels so they actually match. So that is still holding up money for them and my home renovations. This is a complete nightmare, plus management will not call me
at all to adjust anything for all of this trouble for almost a year or even discuss all of these problems.
, (especially when I am still waiting on Gutter Guard to send a different crew to come fix all of the mess they left undone and after months still hasn't fixed anything). They still haven't ordered the correct inventory so this is going to continue to be a nightmare until they take the time to send a crew out to fix this and take the time order and fix this issue. They are the absolute worst. 0 stars. Go with ANYONE ELSE! Even a random guy off the street would be a better choice and would probably do a better job not knowing anything about how to install windows. To still be dealing with this after almost a year is beyond unprofessional and no one with authority will take the time to listen or fix these huge ongoing issues.

A rep came to offer a free estimate three weeks. I just wanted an estimate so that I could compare to other companies and budget for the service. After a very elaborate and exhaustive company history and product showcase I was asked if I wanted to have their product installed. The price was outrageous in my opinion so impolitely declined. Several more price decreases and polite declines later the rep continued to ignored my repeated attempts to decline. It got to the point an hour and a half in where I felt completely cornered and coerced into signing paperwork just so I could get the rep out of the house...not to mention a hefty deposit that was guaranteed to be refunded if I cancel service in three days' time (which I did). Shortly after the two left and upon hearing this, the homeowner (not me) drove to the Gutter Guard office before closing (per their website operation hours) to personally hand in the cancellation notice but no one was there nor did anyone pick up the phone. The next day the homeowner went back to their office at a different time of day (still during their business hours) and no one was there nor did anyone answer any call. By this point, the cancellation notice was already in the mail. The third day, I called again and STILL no response, even called their other line. Nothing. So here we are AFTER the 10-day refund assurance period and still out the $500 deposit. No one is answering the phone STILL and the only response we received from the rep when we notified her of the cancellation (the day we dropped it in the mail, per their direction) was, ""okay"".
This company is a sham and I have already and will continue to NOT recommend them to people I know. You can't show up in people's homes and twist their arms to make a deposit just so they can get you out of their house....and then not refund the deposit as you promise to in your paperwork.

We spent $10,000 for new windows. I like the windows and the installation went well. However, we financed part of it and they have financed the wrong amount. I have asked them for an itemized bill over a month ago. They also said they were fixing the financing but I talked to the finance department and they told me they never received the paperwork from the Greenville office. I feel like I'm getting the run around.

It was easy to book this company they showed up on time and did the work in a timely fashion. The crew was neat and cleaned up after them self. The Gutters are working as they should, keeping debris out. The gutters look good on our house.

At first, there was some confusion on correct product to use but once that got resolved, the customer service and workmanship was very good. All seems to be working well.

We love the product but are not impressed with the customer service or their workmanship. Four years after its installation our Ultimate Gutter Guard gutter was compromised and overflowing because of a rotting section of fascia board from a worn out roof. It took multiple calls and online queries to finally get a representative from the Greenville group to come diagnose the problem. UGGG could not repair the sagging gutter until the roof was replaced and the fascia repaired; however, having anyone else remove the Ultimate Gutter Guard product would void its warranty, so we had to take the company's very high bid for a very simple roofing job in order to have them remove and reinstall the gutters. The sales rep was actually quite responsive (in fact, he came to my house on a weekend to pressure wash the dirty gutters before they were reinstalled), and he was sympathetic about the bind we found ourselves in. However, we were not thrilled with the roofers or the replacement of the gutters. We have collected more than a cup full of roofing nails from our porch, deck, and yard in the months since the job was done, along with a pile of shingle and packing material trash. And the washed gutters were put back up without cleaning the existing debris from the fascia, so there are ugly remnants of caulk and other dirt hanging down between the gutters and the fascia all along the front and back of our house. Certainly detracts from the appearance of the otherwise attractive gutters.

Their performance was as they described it would be. At this point (three months in), I do not have problems/issues with this company. My wife would have preferred not having a seam in the gutter on the front of the house, however.

It is great to have gutters and guards guaranteed for life, and transferable once. The installers were efficient and knew what they were doing, putting me at ease. I have the peace of mind that they will take care of anything having to do with the gutters for life and never worry or spend more again on this. They even follow up to be sure you are happy. I saw them at a home show and liked the technology and guarantee. I only took one star away due to the salesy salesman that came to my house, and I bought the system in spite of, not because of him. I don't like to be 'sold' and it was pricey, but I think worth it for a lifetime guarantee.

I had an issue with the gutter that was installed by Ultimate Gutter guard of Greenville that caused my roof to leak costing me $1750.00 to have the roof repaired . This was all due to improper installation of the gutter which also caused more damage by leaking water into my garage ceiling and an upstairs closet which has been going on for about 1 year . I had 3 different roofing companies come out and look at the leak and all 3 advised that until the gutter was fixed they could not repair the water damage because it would have to be done again . I finally had to send a certified letter after several phone calls to even get them to come and properly fix the gutter. When they did come out they did what the roofer asked them to do and it stopped the water leak but I still had to fix the roof damage. As of today 03/06/2017 I still have not heard anything back from them again to pay for the damages . It looks like I am going to have to take them to small claims court to get anything done . I also asked them to fix the other end of the gutter top that sticks up about 1.5 inches higher than it should and that still has not been done. This is a sad way to run a company and also a terrible way to treat your customers. I honestly do not see how they stay in business.
