Recommended Customer Reviews

Awful customer service after a very high pressure, high-priced sale. Their 'technicians' have been out 6 times already in year since the installation and have failed to address any issues. Still have water flying over at leave 10 areas around our house causing water to pool right next to the foundation.
We may need to proceed with a lawyer if they can't finish the job. Stay away from this company.

Good product and a great sales experience. Beware of their bow window installer!!!!
1. Installed my 6,000 dollar bow window even though he knew it was damaged ( admitted it to me standing in my living room).
2. Tore the sheet rock to pieces removing the trim from the inside of the old window. Had to replace it with a wider trim to cover the problem. Cut the wider trim so poorly that he had to pack the gaps with caulk. No excuse for a professional? Drilled holes in my window that are out of alignment ( holes are all over the place). Also used a dull drill bit that damaged the laminate that covers the inside of the window.Came out to fix the damage that he caused and actually made it worse. Smeared wood filler all over the inside of my window. It is an absolute mess and is not that hard to do right the first time. You just have to take a little pride in your work.
3. I would not allow the same installer to have another shot at my window.
4. The most disturbing part of this odyssey is the fact that their general manger came to my home, looked at my window, took a few pictures and stated that his installer must have been tired, wanted to finish and go home. My window has still not been fixed, even though I was promised another out of town installer who could actually trim out a window and fix the damage.
5. The long and short of this is that I guess am going to have to fix it my self. It isn't that hard.
The reason that I waited to post this is that I wanted my warranty paper work first. Just received it the other day.

Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday night and the technician no called & no showed. I called the next day to see what was up and they apologized and scheduled me another appointment. The GM showed up on that Friday and seemed pretty nice and took measurements and told me what he recommended for us to do for our gutters. He said that he or the technician would give us a call Monday and give us our estimate, etc. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them.

They may sell a great product with a good warranty but their sales team provides a lot of pressure to buy right then and there. If you're considering, I'd get their ""estimate"" last, because they'll want you to put down a deposit on sales day and offer a ""day of demonstration"" discount of several hundred dollars.
The initial sales man was exceptionally rude to me and my wife. After we told them this on a follow up call, they sent management folks out, supposedly to remedy the situation, but they saw it as just an issue with price and not that we felt violated in our own home. The man who came out to do the re-bid provided a bid at around 50% less than the first estimate (even less than with the day of demonstration and ""labor discounts""), but still more than every other contractor we've looked at. He responded to us not wanting to finance through their Wells Fargo loan at X-months same as cash with a 20%+ interest rate on missed payment with ""Did you pay cash for your home?"" At what level of decorum is that appropriate? Beware their ""only $X-a-month"" price as it doesn't account for a balloon (a.k.a. a larger than normal) payment at the end of the loan.
It looks like they actually have a good product, but I hope people stand warned of their sales and financing practices, and that the company fixes it.

Set up for appointment but because I don't own the land my home sits on is not mine my money is not good enough. And they will not call you to let you know about this they just don't show up. I'll find a more professional business to do business with.

will not recommend to others. am not satisfied with gutters. $5500 for gutters that are no better than the what we had before which were no gutters. water comes off gutters onto porch which it did not before. have to put up ladder and clean gutters when the rain stops. very dissatisified.

Awesome company, great employees, happy customers and the best products on the market! I love working here and have been for the past 7 years. We treat our employees like family and our customers the same. We strive to satisfy each and every customer every day no matter how big or small the job is. Great people!!

Absolutely terrible! I left work early to meet a salesman at my home to discuss gutter options. The salesperson proceeds to tell me that he will not be able to give me a proposal because my wife is not here to listen to his pitch also. He tells me that they often hear husbands say that he will need to discuss the matter later with his wife. Therefore they feel that it costs them more time and effort if they have to make a second trip to make a second pitch for wives. This policy is ridiculous enough....except they didn't even tell me this when I set up the appointment!!!!!!!
Now I am home early with no gutter quote. I think they would have had a higher percentage of closing a deal had they just gone ahead and made the pitch. Now they have wasted an appointment, got a negative review, and there is absolutely 0% chance that I will be calling them back.

What a joke! Called as we were getting quotes from several gutter companies. Your phone call goes to an answering service and they make the appointment. The day before the appointment they called my husband and asked if his wife would be there, he said no as I would be working They said they would not come out unless we were both there. My husband called back to the 800 number they post on their infomercials, and they said that they absolutely would come out, so another date was set. Again, day before called again and said they won't come out without us both being there. He told the company he was a big boy and allowed to make decisions on his own, they still said no. So ridiculous. They are obviously high pressure when at the house and want to close the deal right there and then and obviously think the wife is the easier target. Went elsewhere and thrilled with the gutter company we used and an even bigger surprise is that my husband made the decision all on his own!

The process with this company was great from start to finish. I called the company and a sales person came to my home and reviewed my options. There was no pressure to buy and the product was what I was looking for.
Scheduling was prompt and I wanted it done as soon as possible. We just experienced a hurricane and my gutters were full of debris that I was not going to be able to safely manage.
There two installers that came to my home were respectful and professional. They got to work right away and kept going until it was done. It was a messy job and they even went the extra step to repair a portion of my gutter that the builder had not installed properly. My guards would not have worked without them taking that extra step. I was very appreciative of the effort. They took the time to explain to me how the gutters should work by defining the water flow I should see.
I am very happy with the product and especially the service. I would not say they are the least expensive on the market but they are worth the cost.
