Invited them to check my roof leak and to give me estimate
Guy walked in checked ceiling crack and not even go to check on the roof
He start showing me binder with pictures explaining what they do and how great they are then I stopped him to ask so how much it would cost me and when can you go on the roof to check and tell me what's the problem there. he said leak cost will be 3300$ (which he never went to check on the roof what was a problem)
I told him that without checking how you can quote me especially that much for a leak. He just told me : it's a million dollar home what would I expect since he would provide me quality material and piece of mind.
why the value of my home has anything to do with quote I am getting. So unprofessional.

I Had a appointment for an appointment and took off work. They were a no call no show. I called them and they weren't sure what happened. I told them no thank you, I will find someone else

Had a single broken tile I needed fixed and made this clear to them at the start. Instead of actually sending someone to fix it they wasted my time by sending a salesperson to upsell me on a $1,000 roof check. Was able to get another company to come out, check the entire roof, replaced 1 tile, and repair two others for $100.
