Our first experience with this company was a positive one, albeit expensive, but they did offer us a senior discount. Randy came out for a quote shortly after our request was posted here on Yelp. He was courteous, professional and informative. The use of their drone helped to show us what the roof looked like, and what needed to be done. He was prompt with texts and emails when needed. The work was completed a bit earlier than the 2/3 week delay we expected due to a cancellation they had. We were anxious to get it done prior to more expected rain and to settle our plans for a pending trip out of state. Francisco and his crew completed the work in one days time. They also provided photos of before and after that were helpful. We expect this roof job to last several years and if we have any future problems I will add to this post. For now, we are happy to recommend their services.

This is the 2nd time I've used UEC for roof repair (two separate areas of my roof) in the last 2 years. These guys do really great work, and both times I got multiple quotes from other companies, and their price is very competitive. This 2nd time they offered to do general roof maintenance to prevent this issue from happening in any other areas, which I'm sure is well worth the money spent. I'll use them again and absolutely suggest you call UEC out for a quote next time you need a repair.

I've also found their office staff very friendly; the workers who did the work are very considerate and clean up after themselves; I haven't found a single thing I don't like about this company.

After the last pineapple express they picked up the phone when others wouldn't. My tile roof was leaking. Came out, did a drone flyover & provided marked up photos showing roof top damages, area of proposed leak repair & a very reasonable price. UEC roofing got me on their schedule rather quickly, did everything they said they would & more. They replaced flashings, broken tile & cleaned up nicely. I felt highly blessed to get a crew this good during this rainy season. As a retired superintendent that has worked for large GC's, & used dozens of roofing companies, I was impressed with UEC Roofing.

I think they are very pricey but my issue is, they were out two weeks ago to repair my roof along my fireplace. There work was poor to begin with and now my roof is leaking again at fireplace and they do not want to give me my money back or even offer a partial refund and now my drywall that I just replaced by my fireplace inside is damaged again, nor do they want to pay for that because it says in the contract they don't pay for any damages, even though they didn't fix my roof, right. I will be going to small claim.
They charged me $2700 to make repairs and they couldn't even do that correctly .
I absolutely 100% do not recommend this company. Beware! Find somebody else.

Requested a quote for a relatively basic roof repair. Francisco called me and explained I'd be better off finding someone more local given the small scope of the project, then took the time to explain how much the job should cost and what to look for when finding someone to do it. He could've just ignored me but took the time out of his day to help me even though he knew it was better for someone else. If I ever have a bigger project I'll definitely call.

Very happy with the sense of urgency, work performed and the communication with this company. We had a roof leak at our 2 story home in Murrieta. They came out same day to take a look provided an estimate and then were able to make the repairs the next day. They took photos of before, during and after without me asking. Communication was great and they were professional. Also, Didn't feel like they were just trying to get in and out which is hard to find these day. Thank you!

2 star based on initial customer service. Called for an estimate. Explained services needed. Guy took my contact info, address and said will call me back in 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. Never heard back. Bad vibes. I'll pass.

Very rarely does a company call you back knowing that they WON'T be doing the job you need done. Certainly not after business hours. We didn't need to use UEC's services, but their customer service was above and beyond, so I imagine their work is also top tier. Thank you, UEC, for helping us find Arnold at Rain Solutions. I will definitely recommend people to y'all, and if we need you, you'll be the first company we call.
