Tony came out a few days after I called for a free estimate. He was honest in letting my know that my 17 year old gutters were in great shape. Tony didn't try to sell me a service that I didn't need. He recommended a service that would be beneficial for my home. I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge! I highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! I would definitely recommend and refer them to friends which I have done so already! Tony is honest, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and he knows what your house needs and doesn't need. For instance, I wanted more gutters installed on the side of the house, but Tony decided against it since he didn't expect a lot of run off. After it rained, Tony was 100% correct and saved us money.

Marcus the installer has awesome skills! He is easy going and his craftsmanship is on point! Marcus also helped me fix one of my exhaust vents on my roof since it was nearly blown over by the wind.

I highly recommend their services. They are honest, produce excellent results, and I'm very satisfied with my gutters!

In my opinion NO ONE should expect anything but shoddy work from this company. Their main business is Gutters, and in our case, they leaked ! We had them build. a covered deck and again, in MY OPINION, they did a horrible job, They had to completely tear up the concrete slab and redo it....and blamed in on the builder, Then we had a hard rain and the roof leaked, and as of this date, they have come out FOUR times, and we still don't know if it is fixed. The owner acts like he is your best friend when he's selling his work, but when he is done, in my opinion, he is arrogant and rude. He had told us on several occasions that he would be out on a certain day, and then would not show up or even call. This last time my wife asked if he was going to show up or blow us off again, and he threatened her with "" You DO NOT WANT TO UPSET ME"". I have Parkinson's disease and this morning when I confronted him about the threat and he made fun of me and told me to go inside and take my Meds. This guy is not nice at all. I told him to finish his job and get the ""F"" off of my property, to which he called me an ""A"" hole. It took him a YEAR to finish a job that he told us would take about 6 weeks, or possibly a few more depending on the weather. He also called us Knit pickers because we asked him to correct some problems at first, saying that we wanted him to do ""Extra"" things, which is a lie, because we paid well over for the work that he did, and did not as for ANYTHING extra. I would not hire this company to gutter a dog house.
DO NOT believe this Company's rebuttal, trust me.

Tony and Felicia were great to work with. As a person that works in a customer service business myself, it was a pleasure to work with a business that do what they say they will and more. In this day and time, you can find people to do work but what is hard to find is a business that cares about your home like it was there's. However, Tony did just that, I felt like he cared about how the job was done and he wasn't willing to cut corner. It's hard to find a business like this anymore. I would recommend U Need Gutters and More to friends and family and that is saying something.
