Wow! So impressed with this company! I had a pretty major flooding issue and had 3 different companies come over to price out the job. Grant came out and spent an hour looking over the problem, came up with several different ideas and quickly gave me an estimate. They were able to schedule me in within a week (all the other companies were 3+ weeks out). They showed up on time and finished the job (an extensive French drain, new metal retaining wall, and metal bordered flower bed) within 3 days. He also did an amazing job running interference with a cranky neighbor! Grant was there each day and kept a close eye on the project. He was flexible in his design and listened to me when I had suggestions, additions, or changes. His team worked tirelessly digging the French drain trench and were polite and respectful of my (and my neighbor's) property. I can't wait for the next big rain!

In addition to this job, I asked him if he could take a look at a roof for one of my buyer clients & he took time out of his Thanksgiving weekend to go out and give an assessment and estimate for the roof replacement. As we were on a tight schedule (our option period was up in 3 days) his timeliness was so helpful!

TWT was not the cheapest estimate but I really think you get what you pay for and they truly exceeded my expectations! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

What an awesome team and experience!
It started out odd as someone came to my door which I normally don't answer but thought ok why not as I saw a company logo on his truck and quickly checked online for reviews and everything looked good.
We got a quick estimate for hail storm damage to our roof and they did the work promptly and in 1 day!! They tore off the entire roof and replaced it in the same day!! How awesome!! Now yes it was very loud inside but that is expected and I was warned ahead of time as zi work from home but was super happy with the installed the follow up and the entire experience that Brian Price provided!

TWT built us an outdoor living space: 293 sq ft gabled covered patio addition (attached to roof), with flagstone, railings, electrical (4 recessed lights and fan), painting, some landscaping and removed an old concrete slab and made any repairs necessary.

They were amazing! I highly recommend. Keith and his team were always professional, super responsive, and from our perspective, the project came in on time and on-budget. Keith and his team were honest, cared about what we wanted and did everything to bring our vision to life. Their roofing experience was a big plus for us as the patio cover was being attached to the roof. They showed up when they said they would, had a plan and a sequence as to how the work would be done, and we were kept abreast every step of the way. Everything happened the way they said it would - such a pleasure to work with! I would work with them again.

Keith Wright and his crew did an excellent job on our new patio. They removed our old wooden deck, pergola, and 12x12 concrete pad and installed approximately 550 sq. feet of concrete and a gorgeous real roof with tongue and groove ceiling, gutters, and electrical. They also repaired our underpinning, replaced our front walkway (that had sunk), and removed a weird little leaky window (including hardy board, drywall, paint).

Keith is great at communicating and is a good problem solver. In our initial meeting, he had good solutions for our challenges and things we were unsure about. I felt he was honest throughout the whole process even when news wasn't good (delays). He took care of all the details like making sure the area was always relatively clean, and keeping the workers on their toes. He addressed every concern we had and made sure we were always happy. We were impressed by the expertise of the crews he used and feel that the quality of what they produced was even better than we hoped for.

We have worked with several contractors in the past and TWT Exteriors and Roofing produced and excellent patio and made it more pain free than we could have expected. I couldn't recommend them enough!

We hired TWT to come in and patch some bad roofing done by a prior contractor, and also to help slope our flat roof for drainage. Keith and his team were extremely professional, were willing to work with us on budget and completed the job on time and did great work! Highly recommend using TWT. After being burned by nearly 6-7 different contractors on our home remodel, TWT was by far the best we've worked with.

We had Keith and crew tear out our extremely old deck in NW Austin and replace it with a lovely new, two-tiered deck. On top of that, they installed new french doors that sorely needed replacing! The work is great -- they built us an entirely custom seating area on the upper level of the deck and two sets of stairs down into the yard. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome, but the work did take longer than expected.

Keith was easy to work with and would get back to us right away on all our questions. We would certainly use him again should the need arise and would definitely recommend TWT Exteriors.
