Harriet L.I have had a terrible experience with Two Brothers, Hilton Head Island. They did a repair but refused to return to discuss serious problems with it. Their worker stepped through our roof and bedroom ceiling, leaving a huge hole which they did not report to me. My manager found it days later. Two Brothers did not go look at it or repair it. About three weeks ago, the office manager said they had sent me a check for that damage but that has not arrived. They have repeatedly failed to meet with or call my manager. There have been many excuses without any follow through. It has been the worst experience I've had with any service company on Hilton Head in over 20 years.
