The crew was all about detail, cleanliness and very professional. They made our chimney look new again and put more natural light in our kitchen with a new sky light. It was great to work with one company and get so much done. We felt comfortable throughout the whole process and the owners of Two Brothers told us exactly what to expect to happen. Jeff, their supervisor over the crew was the best. He kept us posted, communicated well with the crew and made sure our property was in perfect condition when they left.

Horrible customer service! I had my roof repaired from hail Damage in May 2023 and I am still fighting with them to send a completion certificate to the insurance company. Not only that, but they hardly respond to emails, do not talk to the insurance company, and basically just let the status of this job stay open without claiming any responsibility in completing the paperwork to close it. I have been forgotten about on numerous occasions and do not receive any updates on the status with the insurance company. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company. I am also owed for referrals that they keep dodging when I ask about it. I can't stress enough how horrible of a company this is to deal with!

I called Two Brothers Roofing to my two homes for repairs. The wait wasn't long before they were out to see what would need to be done. Gaby was very efficient (and very nice) at preparing the paperwork necessary for the permits and soon the crew was out working at both houses, doing the necessary repairs. Both jobs were finished quickly and passed inspection. Whenever I had a question, Frieda was there to show and explain, which I appreciated. After the job was finished, the job supervisor came out to make sure all of the nails were picked up from the lawns (another thing I appreciated). Everyone was courteous and wasted no time from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Not often you get surprised in a good way. I really felt, I mattered, and the job Mattered. I would recommend them with out a single doubt. The job was done quickly and Safely. With as little impact to me, and my yard as possible. Returned to better than, I am reluctant to say, only because it is true, in the case of my yard, my guilt for the mess they found... I can, and will say, I am very impressed with both the speed and the true quality I received. Not often you get treated like more than just another customer. Having put on a roof, myself, 26 square, with the guidance of my own Father, help from my brother. The job was done with care and done correct. Its easy to see why they can give a Warrantee that is hard to beat. So all in all, I sleep much better. Now that says it all. When you need the investment your home is, safe to sleep, and sound from the weather, you want Two Brothers, to put on your Roof. What I find reasurring, my neighbor spoke very highly of them as they worked. I did not know, they too, were customers, very happy ones it turns out. Now I understand why.

Initially, we were so pleased with Two Brothers Roofing when their salesman met with us and we began the project. He kept us informed and supervised the work until the last few days, when he had an accident and was no longer able to respond to us. During the roofing process, our garage ceiling collapsed in one place. The owner wanted to come by and pick up the final check. I told her we were not paying until the repair was made. We also discovered a place where the siding was cut too long and rested on the roof and some window framing needed to be repaired. We waited weeks and weeks to get the repairs done. Painters were scheduled and didn't show up. Then, Painters showed up on a Sunday (we were gone) to do the repairs without any notice. The owner came by again to look at the area on the roof as well as the garage. She said the painters would repair the roof while they were here. Finally, the ceiling was repaired but the painters said they could not repair the roof and a contractor was needed. We contacted the owner again and were assured that a contractor would make the repairs. The roofing was done in May and the repair to the roof has still not been made. Received two calls requesting they make an appointment to pick up the final checks. I told them that I would not pay them until the final repairs were made. The last call was today, 1/14/22 saying they were trying to close their files and we are the most overdue. I explained again that I would not pay until the repairs were done. Was told they would check with the owner and get back today. Received the call back to schedule a time for contractor to come. Was told owner will come with the contractor and pick up the check while he makes the repairs. Not sure how they are going to do that, but we'll see. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

I was very impressed with the professional presentation of the product. I personally helped to install my roof many years ago, so I have some knowledge of the terminology and techniques. I had many questions and each one was answered and fully explained and samples were shown. It was not the least expensive quote, but the warranty and the extra steps definitely makes it worth the extra $$.

This company deserves 0 stars! I could write a book on the lies and no shows! Have you ever heard of a 3 month roof job and still problems?? Such dishonesty, sloppy work and damage to my home! My house was in better shape before and now it's looks even worse! It cost me a great deal of stress and worry. There are no words for this... I wish I would have read the reviews before using this crew! Oh and by the way their Better Business Bureau license has been revoked! If looking for a roof... Please look for a professional roofing company but their no where near professional!

Unbelievable experience in service. In all my years, we have not experienced such poor communication, service, and yes even billing for a completed job. I would not recommend this company.
