I don't write many Yelp reviews. This review is a referral for a solid local business which is run well, I recommend to friends and already has a great reputation in Castro Valley.

Keith runs the office with flexibility, good service and professionalism. The onsite crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Price was comparable to other estimates. The only up-charges were those I requested by the onsite crew: framing in a solar tube and closing up an existing skylight.

Two Brothers Roofing replaced our roof on our house in San Leandro. Their team did a fantastic job. They worked extremely fast and were done within 2 days. They coordinated the permit with the city and the inspections. They were great with communication and returned my phone calls and emails promptly. Their price was competitive. I have nothing bad to say - I highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

Thrilled with this company! When my aging roof started having tiny leaks, I knew that the time had come to replace. As is my habit, I researched my options, checked Yelp, Better Business bureau, and neighborhood recommendations. Bids varied wildly as did the knowledge base. I finally landed on Two Brothers Roofing and Keith. The no nonsense approach appealed to me as did Keith's
knowledge about my quirky old roof. The contract was clear and written in language an ordinary person could understand. Once the contract was signed, tear off and replacement commenced. The crew was always on time, considerate of me and my cranky neighbor, and efficient. I was amazed at how quickly the task was accomplished. Good people to keep a roof over your head!

They did a wonderful job with our roof. Our realtor recommenced them and their bid was competitive. They were even open to exploring different insulation materials that were hard to obtain.

There was a small issue with one of the new spouts that the inspectors made them put in. They quickly fixed them at no extra charge and even repaired a pre-existing leak in a downspout that they did not have.

In the end, the roof is doing really well 1 year in and we love the insulation. Great job!

We hired Keith to fix a leaking skylight in our back cottage in Berkeley. The initial repair was done promptly, but water continued to leak. When I informed Keith of the problem, he found that the initial repair had been done incorrectly. It was fixed properly within days. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism!

Kieth and his team did great work, were friendly and professional and communicated well.
The weather wouldn't cooperate, but when we got a break in the rain, I was impressed by how fast they were able to replace our entire roof.

They even went the extra mile by taking care of some small tasks that weren't in the project scope without charging me extra for the service!

I had a leaking skylight, prompting me to call Two Brothers Roofing.

Now when I made the appointment, I set the expectation that I would attempt to fix the issue myself and call back in the morning to confirm the appointment or cancel. The person I spoke with agreed to this approach.

Because I was able to resolve the issue myself, I promptly called and canceled the appointment as promised (with plenty of time to spare before the appointment, mind you).

Now, I had been working from home on the day of the (would be) appointment, attending to meetings like I normally do. When I walked outside for some air, I saw a truck in my driveway. I immediately felt bad because someone obviously had not relayed the cancelation. Being caught up with meetings, I also most likely didn't hear him at the door.

That feeling all went away, however, after the rep laid his frustration into me, which was backed by his condescending attitude and questioning. After wishing me a sarcastic ""Good day"" with a phony smile, he literally sped out of my driveway and down my street in pedal-to-the-metal fashion.

Despite my need to replace my skylight quickly, I can say that I would not give this company my business based on this interaction. If this is how they treat potential customers, I want no part of it.

We had a great experience with Two Brothers, whom we hired to replace our composite roof. Their price was very fair, and the crew worked quickly and safely. The crew also left our yard and our neighbor's yard very clean after removing our old roof. An added bonus was that Two Brothers repaired the dry rot we had for less than what the pest company wanted to charge us.

In terms of logistics, working with Keith was efficient, as he returns emails promptly and gave us some good resources to help us decide what color roof to select. They were also able to secure the necessary permits in a timely manner.

Our realtor also recommended Two Brothers and commented that their bid was competitive and work very reliable.
