It is too bad that I left such a good review a year ago when they replaced our enclosure, that only one year later we have loose bolts and leaking gutters, and no one gets back to us. After numerous attempts for them to make it right, we stopped trying to reach Zoltan, and we are taking our time to write this review. They are unprofessional, non-responsive, and poor quality materials used. DO NOT RECOMMEND, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

On 12/17/22 I entered in to a written contract with Two Brothers Contracting. I provided there representative with a check for 1500 dollars. After several attempts to contact my representative he called back several days later. He explained that my original contract price had to be increased by 33% to 53% due to the price increases and overtime expenses brought upon by Ian. I consider myself a reasonable person, and I did incorporate unexpected expenses in my budget, unfortunately, not to that amount. I understand some type of increase, but not to that extent. At this point I do not know if i will be able to move forward with the project.

Since the installation of our new screen we have been experiencing creaking, banging and unblievable whistling...We have been unable to sit outside due to the sound and whistling, which by the way is ringing through the house. Today waS perfect day for them to witness the noise...Husband called early this morning giving them a chance to hear what's going on on my lanai that I could not use at all today...No show, no call...They are well aware of our complaints....

We just had 2 Brothers remove, replace and expand our lanai cage with a 40' panoramic screen. Couldn't ask for more from a contractor. Zoltan was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Communiction was excellent, scheduling was timely and the quality is top notch. HIghly recommend their services!

Called 2 brothers, immediately came over to give me a quote, for a full pool screen with super screen, never received quote, never responded for a quote! Guess they didn't want the job or too busy. Don't Waste your time with this contractor. One star for coming over. Hired arrow screen who immediately same day gave me a quote
